The three story house was built in 2007 with many upgrades for a pleasant and comfortable vacation. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with island. It also includes water filter, instant hot water, and lots of storage. The great room has a gas fireplace, 42 inch flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, and WiFi internet.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, a walk-in closet, master bath, and a patio off the sliding doors.The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed with a private deck capturing the mountain view. The 3rd bedroom has bunkbeds with a view of the mountains. Sleeper sofa in greatroom converts into a full size bed.
Great for family vacation or quiet retreat. The house is conveniently located in the middle of town, walking distance to the Catholic Church. You're close to shopping, restaurants, and a casino.

What a gorgeous home, view and place to be! We were very happy with our recent stay. The house was beautifully kept, clean and comfortable. There were four adults and four children in our group, and we had plenty of room to eat, play and sleep. The beach was a decent walk for adults, but a little too far for the younger ones, so we still ended up driving and parking. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans so we ate in quite a bit, which was helpful. The owners were quick to respond and very easy to work with - they even offered and took the time to mail back some small toys that were left behind. All in all a wonderful experience!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This home is a special spot on the Oregon coast! The awe inspiring living room vista of the ocean brought us time and again to the couch to sit and soak it all in. The interior of the home is new and fresh but warm with a charm that was so welcoming. We are so thankful for having found this jewel on the Oregon coast and plan to return. You would love your stay here just as we did. We sincerely and truthfully give it the highest of rankings!

What a beautiful house with easy access to the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Lincoln City. We enjoyed watching the whales from the big living room window, and the luxurious amenities like the super soft and fluffy bed linens made the stay extra nice.
