We had a large group of 23 people staying at the condo. It worked great with some watching movies in one living room, games in another, and still more resting in another. It was a great mix of private bedrooms with beds and others as bunk rooms. We cooked several times and having two kitchens was a big help and lots of room for everyone to eat. There is also a nice grill that came in handy. There were a ton of TV's and all were nice with plenty of movies to watch or channels to flip through. All the appliances were new and the washer and dryer came in handy. In all, we enjoyed our stay and the owners were great to work with. We plan to come back again next winter.

We had 4 Colorado based families that stayed here with 8 adults and 9 kids. We also have friends that own houses close by, and they too came over for dinner at night. The house was full of fun as we watched movies, played games and cooked up a storm. The hot tub and game room were perfect for all the kids. We enjoyed this great mountain house, and highly recommend it for a multifamily vacation. Silverthorne location was perfect for us, with a short drive to all our favorite mountain skiing.

This house is amazing, for a group of 20 ranging from babies to grandparents it perfectly accomodated us all. The kids loved all the games in the house and the adults loved the spacious rooms and views from the deck. We had no major problems and any minor issues that came up the owners were very fast to resolve for us. I would highly recommend this house to any large group, our family absolutely loved it! Everyone agreed we would definitely choose this house again.

This house was easy to find coming from the Denver airport and per the detailed directions provided by the owners. The house was well received by all members of our family upon arrival. Everyone thought the house was bigger and more attractive than the web site pictures reveal. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. There was even a pack and play for our one year old granddaughter. There were plenty of towels in all the bathrooms and even more towels just for the spa and sauna. We loved having the spa. All of us made use of the entertainment centers in both large family rooms and enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen area each day. We also used the BBQ on the deck. The views of the mountains and Lake Dillon are beautiful from the decks. We had a lot of fun playing an assortment of games in the large game room. The surrounding area offers many activities and we would like to return to see things we missed. I can recommend Pug Ryan’s Steakhouse, boating from the Marina, The Marina Tiki Bar and Jersey Boys Pizza. The young adults climbed Mount Evans. Better be in shape for this 14K foot activity. Golfing in Littleton was great. We loved shopping the area stores, hiking and sightseeing the mountain resorts. We did have a problem with the water heater, but the owners responded immediately to address the issue. We were very impressed with the support of the owners going the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. Also, the reference binder found in the main kitchen with detailed instructions concerning the house and information about the surrounding area was very helpful. Thank you! Recommendations: For summer rental all the windows and the doors should have screens to circulate the cool mountain air into all the rooms and keep bugs out. Two bedroom windows were missing screens. Only one of two large ceiling fans were working. There was a small fan found in one room, but it did not work. The deck could use some paint maintenance. Having a high chair or booster seat for small children would be a big help. We are planning to return to the area next year and would certainly consider renting this house again. The owners are great and easy to work with! We had a great memorable time at this house!

Our group loved everything about the place. Pro's - The views are phenomenal, the amenities were fantastic, Walking distance to trails that we loved hiking, a short drive to whitewater rafting, great places to eat in the area, tons of movies on hand and the owners were very easy to work with. The weather was perfect all week long! We would return again. Con's - The hot tub looked pretty dirty when we Got there (they had someone clean it that week), and the stove in the main kitchen was locked (there was another one in the other kitchen) Also apparently the person who cleans the facility went to the bathroom in the main floor bathroom and didn't flush that was pretty disgusting but nothing a good flush didn't fix. (I wouldn't make a habit of leaving poo in the toilet) All in all a great trip!

Even though this is a big house, it was cozy enough to bring our family together for the Thanksgiving week! Even cousins bonded that had not seen each other for awhile! The area is beautiful with something to do for everyone!

Just a note to say thank you! We had a wonderful time in Silverthorne the past weekend. There were about 15 of us staying in your house with about 35 in our party that were coming and going most of the days. Everyone just loved the house and the flow of it. It is a perfect party house and everyone wants to come back. We appreciated you helping us with all our small problems (forgetting the code, getting the condo an extra night, etc. - thank you Misty). We have 2-3 men in our group that love to grill. They had cleaned the grill, but were baffled when they still couldn't get it going. We want to thank you Scott and Nigel for helping us get it going again. We did use it for almost 3-4 meals, including breakfast. We would definitely recommend this house to others. Thank you so much. We used the house for a small "strategy planning" corporate retreat. Great location with easy access off I-70 but still the feeling of being off the beaten path. The house was great with ample space especially with the double living rooms and kitchens. Great fridge space with 2 full size on the main level and the beverage fridge in the game room. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare meals at home. All the little details were considered, even the poker kit (chips, cards, etc.) for the poker table in the game room. Great house that I would recommend for a summer retreat or a winter ski vacation.

Great place with plenty of space. Game room was perfect for something to do on a rainy afternoon and far enough away those who wanted could be as noisy as they wanted while others hung out upstairs. Beautiful views, great neighborhood for walking and little hikes. Further from the lake than I originally thought, but that was fine.

My family and I have stayed in this great property for a couple of skiing holidays. It's ideally situated for access to our favourite ski resorts of Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain. The accommodation is amazing and the facilities (hot-tub, games rooms, kitchens, double lounges) fantastic. There's even wi-fi! We'll be looking to stay here in Spring 2010 and have already recommended it to friends in the UK.

I had a group of 12 adults when we stayed at the house. It would be appropriate for families, also. We had a wonderful time. Everyone wanted to do it again. The house is beautiful. Wonderful amenities.

My family and I stayed in this property at Easter in 2008 for a skiing holiday. It is in an ideal location for reaching all of the nearby ski resorts at Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and A-Basin. We even took a day trip to Vale which was very easy to do too. This is a magnificent hill side property with a vast amount of accommodation . We made full use of all of the amenities at the house - hot tub, double lounge, fantastic games room, excellent kitchen, etc and it never felt overcrowded even with our two extended families staying there. The house is a real home and we really enjoyed our time there. I can thornily recommend this house and it’s certainly my first choice for staying in this area at any time of the year. We all hope to be back for Easter 2010!

Our son and daughter-in-law were married at Sapphire Point on Dillon Reservior this past July and both families stayed at this large mountain cabin in Silverthorne. We rented the additional wing and there was ample room for 17 adults and two children. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and convenient to shopping and fly fishing. We also had our rehersal dinner and a catered reception at the home and due to its spaciousness we were able to accomodate a very large gathering. The basement game room was also a very relaxing and fun place to hang out and socialize. Every one really loved the place and had a great time. I highly recommend this home for anyone planning to stay in the area.

What an amazing place!!! Everything was thought of, from the Nintendo Wii to the game room to the walkie talkies for the mountains. The size, three kitchens and so many bedrooms and bathrooms makes it easy to bring enough people to fill a bus. Location is ideal if you want to bounce from mountain to mountain. This will definitely become an annual trip!

We love this house! It is great for multiple families - plenty of room to relax and space for the kids to play. There was a "goodie basket" waiting for us upon arrival and always a phone call to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at this home over Christmas 2008. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for a large family group of 20. The owner was very accessible and accomodating. Location is great-close to shopping and several ski areas. The kitchen provided everything that we needed for food preparation. We enjoyed the fireplace also! Would definitely recommend to others and we will sure be back ourselves.
