We have stayed here several times because it is the perfect getaway. It is modern and has all the latest conveniences including a hot tub, flat screen television, and free wireless. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to either cook meals or choose to go out to dinner (by just hopping on the free bus across the street). The townouse also has a heated garage (but we never needed to drive once we arrived). It is within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge and 100 yards (downhill) to the closest lift - within walking distance of a second lift. There is nothing better than getting out of bed in the morning and stepping onto the warm floors (due to the in-floor radiant heat). The owner underestimates the size of this unit - we had plenty of room for 15 people (including the secret room which kids loved). We will be back every chance we get. Looking forward to summer mountain biking season. Any time of the year this is the place to be!

This is a great condo & great location (walking distance to Main Street & the Snowflake lift). Also, convenient access to the free bus right out the door if you don't feel like walking. There is plenty of room for a large group such as ours and lots of space for kids (even a secret room that the kids loved and ended up sleeping in). Having the hot tub on the deck was a bonus since it helped soothe our sore muscles after several powder days. The kitchen is also well equipped and made for some great memories as most nights we cooked at home as a group. We highly recommend it and plan on staying there again!

This place was perfect! We could walk to downtown Breckenridge, the place was huge and it had a private hot tub! It had a cozy feel to it with a fireplace, but was super modern and clean. I had a great experience and can't wait to go back!
