Our cottage is the 1st one - natural shingle - Keene, New Hampshire Vacation Rental Beautiful waterfront cottage for rent – great for all seasons! Located on Wilson Pond in North Swanzey, NH (right outside of Keene). The cottage has recently been completely renovated from basement to roof. Deck off of the sliders in living room not yet complete. On Wilson Pond, sail boats, kayaks, canoes and small power boats are welcome. In the winter the Pond is well known for its great ice-fishing, skating, snowmobiling and more. Snow-mobile trails located nearby as well. There is a small sunny beach on the pond. Our cottage has its own dock in a little peninsula for great privacy. Swimming is also available at a small island and public beach located on the pond. Skiing is nearby at Crotched Mountain (40 minutes away) or Granite Gorge (20 minutes away). Very convenient access to the quaint downtown of Keene where college life meets great boutique shopping and restaurants. Cheshire Fair Grounds located nearby. Lots of activities fort he kids even on rainy days. Go Karts, mini golf and arcade located in town. There is always something to do – whether it’s hanging out by the pond or going into town.

1/2 rental NON-refundable due w/reservation.
