Our guests will be staying in a beautifully renovated two bedroom, two bath, ocean view villa in the highly desirable Admirals Row building located in The Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort, with 56 acres of secured and meticulous landscaped grounds.
Our villa is a true island retreat. As you enter the villa, you are greeted by warm, rich Bombay Rosewood flooring that extends from the hallway through the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen has been reconfigured and now has an open floor plan to the living and dining rooms, allowing you the opportunity to socialize with your family and friends. From the new cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all new kitchenwares, you have everything you need at your fingertips for the casual meal or the gourmet feast. The dining room has a beautiful new dining table for six and ceiling fan for the utmost pleasure. The living room has all new furniture and furnishings as well, including a queen-size sleeper sofa, ultra comfort chairs, tables, armoire with 32" Flat-Panel TV, and tasteful artwork. Enjoy the master bedrooms queen-size bed with new bedding and duvets. Side tables flank the bed, and the armoire houses a 26" Flat-Panel TV. The guest bedroom is just as gracious with two twin beds, side table, chest of drawers, and a 19" Flat-Panel TV. All three TVs include DVD players and video jacks for your gaming enjoyment. Both bathrooms are finely appointed with new ceramic tiled floors, vanities, granite vanity tops, and toilets. The private balcony is accessed through sliding doors in both the living room and dining room. The new ceramic tiled floor and cafe height furniture offer you a resplendent outdoor retreat. Enjoy your morning coffee as you witness the gorgeous sunrise over the oceans horizon, or an afternoon cocktail as you take in the sights and sounds of the Atlantic.
The Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is conveniently located mid island. The resort has been named the #1 Family Resort by Forbes magazine. The resort has the largest oceanfront pool on the island with an adjoining kiddie pool. Enjoy the poolside Tiki Hut which serves lunch, snacks, and adult and children's beverages. From our guestbook in the vila....This was our first trip to Hilton Head island and loved it! The "laid-back" atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everywhere we went the people were so friendly to us, from the lady who brought us our blown away sand toy, to the Wal-Mart solicitor who loved our southern draw. The villa was much more than just a place to sleep at night. Very clean and we loved the style and craftsmanship you put into the place. Our favorite memory from this vacation will always be our daughter's facial expression as she crossed the boardwalk and saw the ocean for the first time. Her little voice yelling, "look Mommy and Daddy, the ocean" will hopefully be a moment we'll recall for a lifetime.

I tried to come up with something original and different than what is on the previous pages - but all those folks have said it all and I for sure agreed with them. Your condo was very accomodating, beautifully and tastefully decorated. It too, is by far the nicest condo we have stayed here on the island. Hopefully it will be available when we return after March. We regretfully will have to rent somewhere else for the next few months since your condo is already reserved through March. We have recently retired and are only three hours away (if that). Thanks again for renting to us.

From our guestbook in the villa....Our entire family (30+) came to HHI for our parents 50th anniversary. Everyone had a great time. Your condo was by far the nicest of everyone we were with. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach toys and ipod dock! What a great idea to knock out the "wet" bar area. It really opens up the living area. Having an updated and modern kitchen and baths gave us the comforts of home. We really enjoyed our stay...until next time...
