October 3rd - 10th, 2010 We have stayed at the Beach and Tennis Resort before, but never had such a beautifully updated condo as this. From the moment we entered until we left, the beach beckoned from our 4th floor balcony. Warm breezes, perfect privacy, and always, the most beautiful beach in the world! We biked, we dined, and I read my favoite books!! The beautiful kitchen even beckoned me to COOK!! Unheard of before! The whole condo was meticulously clean and well maintained. We loved the many bike trails, and had some good exercise biking and walking the beach! We have many great memories to keep us warm through the cold Ohio winter, and many thanks for the elegant surroundings. Your directions were easy and our every need was addressed! Many thanks!! From our guestbook in the vila....This was our first trip to Hilton Head island and loved it! The "laid-back" atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everywhere we went the people were so friendly to us, from the lady who brought us our blown away sand toy, to the Wal-Mart solicitor who loved our southern draw. The villa was much more than just a place to sleep at night. Very clean and we loved the style and craftsmanship you put into the place. Our favorite memory from this vacation will always be our daughter's facial expression as she crossed the boardwalk and saw the ocean for the first time. Her little voice yelling, "look Mommy and Daddy, the ocean" will hopefully be a moment we'll recall for a lifetime.

From our guestbook in the villa....Ronnie and I had a wonderful week here at HHI and especially in your condo. I tried to come up with something original and different than what is on the previous pages - but all those folks have said it all and I for sure agreed with them. Your condo was very accomodating, beautifully and tastefully decorated. It too, is by far the nicest condo we have stayed here on the island. Hopefully it will be available when we return after March. We regretfully will have to rent somewhere else for the next few months since your condo is already reserved through March. We have recently retired and are only three hours away (if that). Thanks again for renting to us.

From our guestbook in the villa....Our entire family (30+) came to HHI for our parents 50th anniversary. Everyone had a great time. Your condo was by far the nicest of everyone we were with. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach toys and ipod dock! What a great idea to knock out the "wet" bar area. It really opens up the living area. Having an updated and modern kitchen and baths gave us the comforts of home. We really enjoyed our stay...until next time...

It is truly one of the classiest and well appointed units we have had the pleasure of staying in, over the 16 years we have been coming to Hilton Head. You have done and continue to do an outstanding job of catering to all the wants and desires of your guests. It is truly a wonderful experience staying in your unit and we hope to make this an every year tradition! The beauty and comfort of your unit are only surpassed by your creativity and attention to detail! I must also mention that on this trip I had the pleasure of being in the company of Jason's father for half an hour or so, and I must say that he is a delightful conversationalist and is truly a charming gentleman! From our guestbook in the villa....Well, we've spent the past three months here in beautiful Hilton Head, and we've had a wonderful time. Your condo has made our stay extra special. It's beautiful and it has all the comfort of home. It also has been tastefully decorated, and I'm sure, with lots of love. We've especially enjoyed having our morning coffee sitting on the balcony, and appreciating the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. WOW-what a great view. AMAZING! From our guestbook in the villa....We had a great time staying at your villa in Hilton Head. The view is wonderful, the kitchen is nicely done, and we were very comfortable. We had an awesome time relaxing From our guestbook in the villa....with friends, and two babies- Isaac ( 18 months) and Eli (six months). Isaac especially loved the springy door stops! They make a most entertaining noise when you play with them. Nice weather all week, and the beach was wonderful. We hope to come back next year. Thank you very much for sharing your condo with us. Everything was very easy and convenient.

The condo is absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful 7 day stay in this beautifully remodeled condo. The owners are very easy to deal with and quickly responded to our needs. I would highly recommend this condo to any one wanting a wonderfully relaxing vacation in a home away from home.
