Come and enjoy our wonderful newer vacation home (built in 2000) on Long Beach Island. A memorable vacation awaits families at this ideal location--a quiet new development only one block off the bay and two streets to the ocean. Perfect street for kids to ride bikes and to walk due to low car traffic. Walk to the end of the block to fish, crab and enjoy incredible sunsets on the bay.
Our 2,300 square foot home offers an open layout incorporating a large kitchen with center island, an eating area as well as the main living room with gas fireplace. Enjoy the sunroom off the kitchen for great sunlight and privacy with french doors.
Enjoy views from one of three decks. Large covered deck off the main living floor offers cool breezes and shade from the sun--a perfect spot for outdoor eating as well as relaxing. Second story deck off of the bedrooms offers an excellent place to sunbathe in private. Rooftop deck offers ocean and bay views.
Sunsets on the bay are an event every evening to be enjoyed from the home. Take advantage of the 8 person hot tub in our fenced in private yard. Large outside hot shower is a enjoyable experience in itself.
As an added bonus, at the end of the street there is a supermarket, movie theater, and fabulous ice cream parlor--all this convenience within walking distance of this wonderful home.

This is a beautiful, spacious, wonderful house!! My family and I stayed here for one week in July, and loved it! We were close to all of the attractions, beach, bay, shopping, and restaurants. Not to mention that it rained one day, and we were able to walk to the movie theater, and ice cream parlor. All of the rooms are spacious, and there is plenty of room for kids to play. If you are looking to stay in your dream home, you should rent this house for a week!!!

My family and I (6 adults and 1 child) stayed here from 7/11/09 - 7/18/09 and we totally loved it! First off, the pictures do not do this house justice, the house is much bigger than it appears in the pictures. Every room in the house was clean and tidy and decorated in beautiful bright and airy decor. We absolutely loved the covered porch and spent just about every moment out there and the comfy pottery barn furniture was a nice touch! The additional tv room off of the kitchen was also perfect for my 4 year old to watch her DVD's leaving the main living room tv to the adults. The roof deck was also a nice sanctuary for anyone who wanted to sun themselves and check out the awesome view. The hot tub was a big hit in the evening with plenty of room for everyone. There was so much space from top to bottom that you never felt like you were on top of each other. We all loved the location, a nice easy walk to the beach as well as the supermarket, movie theatre and of course our favorite Skipper Dipper ice cream. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and without a doubt we would definitely come back.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
