We are on the Ocean (no drive part of beach). The condo is newly painted and renovated with new funiture thoughout. We update with new bedding and linens regularly. New Kitchen appliances and kitchen ware. New updated bathroom. New blinds for privacy, or open for great view of beach. We are on the 4th floor of a 5 story building. We also have a two bedroom / 2 bath condo avaliable.
There are two pools, club house, outdoor grilling area and shuffle board all on the ocean. There is a grocery store, beauty shop, and 4 restaurants across the street.
This is a 5-story building with a new pool and beach area. We are 1 hour from Orlando, and 30 minutes from Daytona Beach Airport. Email for more information.
