Sea Dunes 101 is a three-bedroom, two bath, corner unit condominium with a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Windows throughout the living and dining area provide views of the Gulf and steps leading down to the beach. All three bedrooms and the living area have a TV/DVD. The master bedroom is on the gulf side with a private entrance to the balcony. Sorry NO SMOKING on the balcony.
Beach Service, including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, is provided from March to October.
We include a Damage Deposit Waiver in all reservations: We know that accidents happen and that you're here for a stress-free getaway. The Damage Deposit Waiver will cover up to $1500 worth of accidental damage in most cases. It protects you from the unfortunate and frees you of having to place a hefty deposit down for your vacation.

This is our first vacation to Ft. Walton Beach. It is one of the best beach I have ever seen in the world. We saw dolphin swimming several time in the morning about 8 o'clock. The condo very nice and very convinient, has great quality furniture and bed. Lewis, Mgmt is really nice by giving us substitute days since labor day weekend has Lee T-Storm and flood warning taht made us could not go there that days. We really appreciate your hospitality and thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. God bless all of you

The condo was great. The furniture was very comfortable which is not always the case in some condos. Loved the master bath and the balcony... great access to the beach. I will come back to this condo for sure!

5-28-08 We just arrived home from this condo and we already miss it. Everything was great and we loved the easy access to the beach and pool. Hope to stay there again inthe near future.
