Sea Dunes unit 101 is a new three-bedroom, two bath, corner unit condominium with a walk-out balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo has glass windows throughout the living and dining area with views of the Gulf and steps leading down to the beach. All three bedrooms and the living area have a TV/DVD. The master bedroom is on the gulf side with a private entrance to the 200 square foot balcony. Sorry NO SMOKING on the balcony.
Beach Service is included from March to October. There is a 24 hour Tom Thumb next door, so you can purchase those last minute items and therefore have more BEACH TIME!
We include a Damage Deposit Waiver in all reservations: We know that accidents happen and that you're here for a stress-free getaway. The Damage Deposit Waiver will cover up to $1500 worth of accidental damage in most cases. It protects you from the unfortunate and frees you of having to place a hefty deposit down for your vacation.
