This sweet retreat is located on the beautifully manicured grounds of the upgraded 880-acre Turtle Bay Resort in a gated condo community nestled on two world-class championship golf courses. This second (top) floor, two-level condo is all new and features vaulted ceilings, comfortable living/dining area, new beds/furniture, 2 new full bathrooms, and all the rest and relaxation you could ask for! The lanai, with its own dining area also, opens to the greenery of the first fairway where you can enjoy the North Shore's brilliant sunsets or just relax after a day of activities. It was completely and totally renovated, upgraded, and painted in 2008 (with updates in 2009) including:

Furniture (luxurious down-filled, hand-knotted couch, leather recliner, etc.)

You will find your condo spacious and well equipped - a full sized kitchen, washer/dryer (IN the condo), A/C and ceiling fans (although with the gentle tradewinds keeping you cool you rarely need it), and 3 flatscreen TVs with complimentary cable. There are 2 bedrooms (master and open loft) and 2 FULL bathrooms. We also provide a desk area with free high speed broadband internet to keep you connected. Click on our video to see more photos. A professional manager is located onsite and will ensure all your needs are met. Everything you need to make it your home away from home and then some.
The condo has a private, key-access for guests only, quiet pool (1 of 3 in our community) just steps from your front door where you can also enjoy a barbeque with your family; 4 regulation tennis courts (free-bring your racket); walking paths; and 2 world class golf courses. Golfers enjoy a nice discount when they play either the Palmer or the Fazio courses. The private lanai view is the beautiful and peaceful Fazio first fairway and a wonderful place to watch sunsets (actual photo).
You have the convenience and economy of your own private condo with the luxury of being located on the grounds of North Shore's only full-scale resort! Enjoy swimming, surfing, snorkeling, or just relaxing on the numerous pristine sandy beaches (actual beach photo) on the resort grounds. In addition, there are 12 miles of secluded beachfront and forested walking paths for you to explore. On top of all these activities, the resort offers riding stable with ocean and trail riding, North Shore and waterfall aerial tours, fine or casual dining (numerous restaurants-indoor, outdoor, beachfront; casual and formal), surf lessons, The Spa Luana at Turtle Bay, gift shops, kayak tours, and luau shows.

Wow, you have a beautiful place, the decoration is made with good taste. I would see myself living there but I have to come back to reality! We had a wonderful time and weather, I will recommend your condo to as many people as I know.

Check in/out was easy. Condo was very clean, comfortable, spacious and inviting, and quiet and relaxing. The pool was warm and convenient. Turtle Bay Beach and nearby bay were both beautiful and sheltered enough for the kids to swim safely. We enjoyed the remote feel after being in Honolulu and Ko Olina for the first part of the week. Thank you for the use of your condo as it worked out very well for us. We had a great time and hope to return to Hawaii again for a vacation in the future!
