The Key Lime House is located on a quiet dead end street with a public beach access just up the street. It is within walking distance of the famous picturesque town center of Seaside. Seaside was made famous in the late 90's when a movie production crew was scouting for a location to film The Truman Show. They needed a "perfect" town to go with the "perfect" life Jim Carrey's character was supposed to be living. Seaside was that town.
Key Lime House is surrounded by Watercolor and Nature Walk residential developments while still remaining secluded from the sounds of civilization.
Pluses include plenty of off-street parking, a private yard, outside shower, large laundry room, fresh bright colors throughout, and 3000 sq ft of living space.
This home can be divided up into three separate areas for a vacation or business trip for co-workers, friends or family. Each unit has a separate outside entrance. There are also interior doors that can be locked for complete separation and privacy or left open for easy flow from one area to another.
The home is divided into:
UPSTAIRS (area 2): Two bedrooms, a Florida room, two balconies, two baths, a living room, and a Kitchen.(sleeps 8)
DOWNSTAIRS LARGE STUDIO(area 3): queen bed, kitchen, and large bath.(sleeps 2)
DOWNSTAIRS LAUNDRY: Washer and Dryer, and space for folding.
DOWNSTAIRS TWO BEDROOM (area 1): Kitchen, bath, queen bedroom, bunk bedroom, den, open deck, and covered porch. It is joined to the studio apartment by a hall door.(sleeps 6)
Bicycles are very popular in this area. We have some bikes available and there is a bike rental just around the corner on 30A.
We have a pull wagon to take to beach
Perfect vacation spot for large groups with three separate family units. Plenty of parking for everyone's cars. Grandparents, and extended families have their own space.
New at Key Lime House: Golf Cart/seats 4, Playstation 3/blue Ray DVD, and Bicycles in various sizes.
SNOWBIRDS: This quite house would be perfect for 3 or 4 couples to share for the winter. Everyone would have their own private seperately locked condo and their own full kitchen, but still be close enough for evening cards or bingo. Bicycles are available at the condo and walking/bicycle paths are abundant throughout the area. Either walk, drive or take the golf cart a short drive to the beach access. And be sure to join the Walton Snowbird Club to make more new friends and for plenty of activities.
