A $300 security deposit is required for weekly rentals and a $500 security deposit for monthly rentals. There is a $50 fee charged for ANY cancellations. The office requires written notice of cancellation at least 90 day's prior for monthly renters and 30 days prior for weekly renters of arrival date. If cancellation notice is received within the allocated time, the balance of your deposit will be refunded. If it is not received timely, the deposit will be forfeited.
