Walk or bike to Wades Beach, Mashomack Nature Preserve or just relax and appreciate nature on our 4.3 acre property down a private road. Located 2 minutes from South Ferry and just a five minute ferry ride to North Haven/Sag Harbor.
This newly constructed (2006), Arts and Crafts home has an open floor plan ideal for family and entertaining. It is spacious and bright with central air conditioning and a lower level with game room and separate bedroom for guests. The house has hardwood floors throughout with four roomy, light filled bedrooms, 3.5 new bathrooms as well as an outdoor shower and a mud room entrance.
Outside there is a secluded patio with a new 6 person hot tub and picnic table. There is also a large elevated mahogany deck with dining table and Weber gas grill, ideal for entertaining. The other side of the house has a wrap around porch for afternoon relaxation. Hammock, recliners and lawn chairs make the outdoors more than an extra room. A natural, dry, "kettle hole" provides an ampitheatre for sports such as horse shoes, boccie, volleyball or just bird watching.
