Pelican Sound located west of route 41 (Tamiami Trail) on the Estero River is a very peaceful and quiet community. No highway traffic can be heard while inside the gated community.
Surrounded by excellant shopping, medical centers, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Coconut Point Mall is less than one mile south and Miromar outlet mall is only two miles east! Convenient to post office, banks, grocery stores, coffee shops.

This deluxe condo is located in the lovely Hammock Greens neighborhood of Pelican Sound. The location of Hammock Greens in Pelican Sound is ideal! From this condo it's just a short walk to the Golf Club, River Club, Nature Path, Hiking Trail. You are within a short walking distance of three pools (Hammock Greens, and the large Island Sound, and River Club pools).
This is one of the very few condos in the development where you can enjoy privacy on your lanai. You can have breakfast in your PJ's and not worry about anyone seeing you!
