This is our 2nd year renting this cabin with our family over the holidays! The cabin is beautiful and a relaxing place to look out over the beautiful snow covered meadows. Great for a large or small group and plenty of room for many hands in the kitchen! Beautiful fireplace with glass doors so you can sit and enjoy the flames of the fire! The setting and cabin are truly amazing!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I rented this 3 bedroom for 5 nights and wished it had been 2 weeks! The house is very upscale and the nicest decorated one we stayed in, on our month-long trip. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The furniture is very nice and cozy. Both beds we tried were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. There is this gorgeous wrap-around porch with rocking chairs. You can sit out at night and look at the stars and enjoy a glass of wine. The stars are incredibly bright with no nearby light pollution. This is a great base to explore various parts of Idaho. It's a quick drive into McCall. The surrounding area is just gorgeous. It's a great place to relax or be as busy as you want. Also, Doug is very attentive and great to please every request.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family of 8 had an amazing week at this cabin. The cabin itself is so beautiful--high end finishes everywhere and extremely well cared for. There was so much to do at the cabin and the surrounding area--exploring the ATV trails, roasting hot dogs over the firepit, picking huckleberries, hiking, swimming in McCall, sitting out on the big porch at night counting the stars. We LOVED it here and will definitely go back again. The cabin is big enough for large families, and the price is so low, that it makes it an affordable vacation for anyone. It's close enough to McCall to enjoy all the activities there, but far enough away that you don't have all the busyness that McCall has. The owners were great to work with--very responsive and helpful. I have nothing but positive to say about this place!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We fell in love with the looks of the cabin in the pictures on the ad. And we wanted to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the view and the smores at the campfire at night. The deer in the neighborhood and the delicious food at the near by restaurant. We had the most amazing time and it was comfortable and we enjoyed every minute of it. And we always found something to do at the cabin.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a great location for which we enjoyed so very much. We were able to to skiing at Brundage, x-c skiing at Bear Basin and Ponderosa, so lots of winter stuff to do. The cabin was in great shape and fit our needs exactly. We hope we can visit again sometime in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Thanksgiving was never better! There was PLENTY of both snow and firewood. The owners prepared us well through great communications and with detailed maps and instructions for use of their home. They are very gracious, supportive owners. The cabin suited our intent to relax, read, play games, and enjoy one another's company. The coziness of the crackling fire and the snowy meadow is just what we were hoping for. This cabin is excellent for family or friends who want that remote feel while having modern ammenities in the house and being close to attractions. Zims Hot Springs hit the spot after a long hike in a winter wonderland! We are hoping to return in the summer to ride the Weiser River Rail-Trail just outside your back door. Thanks for the fond memories in your wonderful log cabin!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We just spent a great New Years there! The cabin is beautiful with everything you could possibly need; yet it is secluded enough to get away from all the stress in life! This is the second time we have stayed there with many more to come!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We didn't want to leave. We stayed 8 nights! Stars at night were unbelievable! It was a beautiful cabin, with real log walls and a woodburning fireplace! The fireplace was fantastic, kept us so warm. We cooked our favorite foods in the great kitchen, marble countertops were gorgeous. A great place to cook, eat and visit. This place was perfect for our vacation. The Cabin is much bigger than the pictures can show. We were so impressed when we walked in the door. I couldn't believe someone would let us stay in such a beautiful place. Oh, and the Porch, I could sit there for hours and rock away the day enjoying the view and the peace and quiet. The owners were great people, we had never rented anything like this before, they were easy to work with, very friendly. It was so close to McCall, we couldn't believe this gem was hiding in the woods of New Meadows, but so close to everything. There was a grocery store close by, which was handy for anything we may have forgotten. We will be back, I would like to see it in the winter also. We would recommend this to our friends and family, but not all of them, we want to keep it for ourselves!!Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We absolutley loved staying at your cabin. It was spacious, well furnished, classy and VERY clean!! The peaceful meadows were breathtaking and the we enjoyed our morning walk around the development. We even saw a fox running about. My mom asked me to bring her back next year and she is not an outdoors type at all. All of the comforts of home away from home. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Lastly, the location was perfect - far enough away from the highway to avoid noise and inconvenience but close enough to reach the road in minutes and do our touring.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
