This is Vista de Las Estrellas, located inside Sunset Villas, West End, the only gated community in the West End.
This brand new house is located in Sunset Villas, within walking distance of everything West End has to offer. The community features a large pool with a waterfall, community dock, and beach access. This villa is affordably priced & a very relaxing place to spend your vacation. Just outside of the main area, the BBQ patio has wide ocean views, and on a clear day you can even see Utila & the mountains of the mainland.
On the first floor of the villa, there are 2 individual master suites. Each bedroom suite has a private balcony viewing the hills, a full bath with granite countertops, and ample storage space for clothing. The 1st suite has a built-in wall unit for hanging clothes and drawers as well. The 2nd suite has a walk-in closet between the bedroom and the bathroom for extra space as well.
The main area is located on the second floor, upstairs, where you will find an open-layout living area featuring high vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a large BBQ deck, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Those would include: a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster & of course a blender. The large LCD TV in the living room provides great luxury for evening movies and sports games with comfortable brand new furniture surrounding it. The wooden dining room table provides ample space for home-cooked meals or for when you have our private chef come and cater your dinner. Every room has Ceiling fans & air conditioners.
On the island, we sometimes have power outages, however, that will never spoil your vacation in this house, as the owners had a battery backup system installed in the house to run everything but the washer/dryer. This is a great amenity to guarantee that your vacation is relaxing and uninterrupted.
So, relax in one of the hammocks on the BBQ back deck, and enjoy spectacular sunsets from comfort.

Not only is this house beautiful for a weekly rental, there is also a studio apartment on the bottom floor of the building that is available for weekly rentals only. The apartment is rented separately from the main house. This makes a great addition to the booking of the large house if you have a family member who would like to be separated but still remain close.
The apartment could be a self-sufficient rental in itself with a full kitchenette, full bathroom, A/C Unit, Cable TV, and a View of the hillside. This can be added onto your rental for $550 + tax (Year Round) or it can be rental on its own for $600-$650 + tax a week. This unit is also available for monthly or multi-month vacations.
