Sandestin Resort offers 2,400 acres of Bay, Beach, and golf paradise. It is located in the Florida panhandle about 10 miles east of Destin, and approximately 30 miles west of Panama City Beach.

Sandestin Resort's family environment offers fun for the whole family. Forget about the traffic as you can park your car and catch the tram to many location within the complex and several popular destinations outside the resort.
Heron Walk Townhomes are located in the center of the resort. It has the advantage of being almost next door to all that Sandestin Resort has to offer. Head off to the south side of the resort to the nearby beach, or go north and enjoy famous Baytowne Center with its restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and a full service marina.

From the beautiful foyer walk up the stairs to the main floor and prepare to be spoiled. The newly renovated kitchen is the centerpiece of this level. From granite counter tops to stainless steel appliances to tiled floors this kitchen couldn't be any more modern and inviting. Spend your time preparing meals or hang out on the kitchen bar stools and relax. Serve up a meal or a snack in the dining area where six of you can enjoy conversation.
Speaking of relaxing, spend some time in the living room on the large sofa or one of the two armchairs watching movies on the 37" television with dvd player and cable. If the show isn't what you want to watch enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Sandestin in the sunroom overlooking the bay and the Baytowne marina. Or curl up on the daybed with a good book and take a nap.
There are two beautiful bedrooms to choose from on the main floor. Directly off the living room is a spacious bedroom that also overlooks the bay. With a queen bed there is plenty of room to settle in for the evening. Enjoy the late shows with the 19" television or watch the hustle and bustle of the baytowne area. With it's own bathroom with double vanity and shower your privacy is assured.
Bedroom two also offers a queen bed and 19" television. With its custom bookshelves and window seat you will feel right at home.
Ultimate privacy is just a set of stairs away. Walk up the stairs to the master bedroom and enjoy your evening sleeping in the king bed. Not tired, watch something on the 27" television. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with twin vanity. Take a bath or shower in the combination tub/shower. With large closets, there will be no lack of storage space.

A huge "thank you" to this generous family for opening up your beautiful home this past weekend! "Home" is the perfect way to describe this beautifully decorated condo from the moment you step into the front door. You will find everything you need without having to step foot outside. The fireworks from the village can be seen perfectly from the condo. Or if you want to be right in on the action, the trolley picks up only steps away right outside the neighborhood. Only in Sandestin could you enjoy mid 70's weather and the beach on New Year's Eve! Thanks again...we will be back!!
