Casa Costa Lotta is the owner’s Caribbean dream realized. This spectacular 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is in the prestigious Key Hole Bay community is located in the West Bay area of Roatan. The home is signature design of local designer Hal Sorrenti and has a very pleasing layout and interior design that will enhance your vacation stay.
The incredible south shore views from the homes many windows, balconies and courtyards will take your breath away. You will really enjoy the openness of the home as the tropical breeze makes its way. The preferred south shore location give guests more tropical breeze and fewer bugs making for more comfortable outdoor relaxing.
The layout of the home is U shaped with a central courtyard. You will like the open concept between the comfortable living area and the spacious kitchen. The living area features great views that will make it difficult to watch movies.
Outside the kitchen is a covered outdoor eating area with a built in BBQ grill and small bar area. Guests will find themselves moving easily from rooms, to covered areas and through the open courtyard as they enjoy the home. Having the different areas of the house separated by the courtyard creates space and privacy that really help guests relax.
From the outdoor dining area you can move to the bedroom wing where you will find 2 bedrooms with en-suite baths. The bedrooms are separated from each other for enhanced privacy making this a perfect choice for two couples
The master bedroom has a sweeping ocean view. The master bath includes a large Bali outdoor shower and a private deck. The master bedroom also has a private day bed area off the main sleeping area that is perfect for a late night read while your partner slumbers or for a family with a young child they want to keep close. The master bedroom also features flat screen TV with Direct TV for a little late night viewing.
The spacious 2nd bedroom opens onto the courtyard with a nice view of the centrally located plunge pool and the ocean beyond. The ensuite bath allows for the 2nd bedroom to be as comfortable as the main bedroom.
All the guests will enjoy the relaxing sunrise patio where a beautiful hammock hangs that everyone will rush to enjoy. This home has incredible views of the sunrise. The central courtyard has a plunge pool and covered lounge area with outdoor couches that are just perfect for curling up with a good book and enjoying the ocean view.
The West Bay area is just outside of the Key Hole bay community gates. Guests can take a leisurely walk to West Bay Beach one of the top 10 beaches in the Caribbean. West Bay features many shops, activities and dining opportunities. You’re also just a few minutes by taxi or car to West End where more nightlife, shopping and activities await.
