Accommodations: House - 4 Bedrooms - 4 Baths - (Sleeps 10-12)

Front Entrance - St. Simons Island Vacation Rental This is an adorable classic 3 bedroom beach cottage located within walking distance of the beach offering a separate 1 bedroom guest cottage. Great front porch with adirondack chairs for reading and relaxing after a long day at the beach. Fully furnished and equipped with living room, dining room, sunroom, kitchen, master bedroom with private bath, 2 additional bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedding: 2 queens; 2 twins; sleeper sofa. Guest house: 1 queen All rental properties are furnished, equipped and maintained according to owner's preference. All rental properties have central heat and air and fully equipped kitchens, telephones, VCR's, grill on premises and all linens are provided. All units are non-smoking. We require a weekly minimum during the summer and a three to four day minimum in other seasons. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00 pm and end on the following Saturday at 10:00 am. Rates are subject to change without notice.
