Our Surf Court Villa on popular South Forest Beach will provide you and your family the vacation of a lifetime. We are located 300 yards from one of the finest beaches anywhere in the United States. This villa is within one block of world-class Van Der Meer Tennis, Players Club Fitness Center, grocery shopping and miniature golf. Within a short walk is super family friendly Coligny Plaza with over 75 shops and restaurants, and two beachfront bars where you can relax and enjoy a drink, the ocean and even play some oceanfront volleyball if you like.
Our ground floor entry, three story, three bedroom, two and a half bath villa has been freshly painted and has a new kitchen and lighting. This villa steps out to a patio then a tropically landscaped enclosed courtyard and pool. Walk down the boardwalk to watch the Atlantic Bottlenose dolphins frolic while taking a walk on the beach. Bike rentals are nearby so you can ride your bikes on the beach or the island's many bike paths. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, shrimping, jogging, horseback riding, parasailing, jet skiing, windsurfing, water skiing, tennis (complimentary daily court time for guests of our villa) or play a round on one of Hilton Heads 20 plus world class golf courses.
Harbour Town, home to the PGA Verizon Heritage Golf Tournament, South Beach and Shelter Cove are a short ride away where you and your family can enjoy great shopping, dining, outdoor entertainment and beautiful scenery. Historic Bluffton, Beaufort and Savannah are less than an hour drive and don't forget Daufauskie Island, made famous in Pat Conroy's "The Water is Wide" and home to the Sea Island Gullah culture.
46 Surf Court has ceramic tile flooring throughout the entry way, kitchen, dining area and all of the bathrooms. The new kitchen is fully equipped with all of hte comforts of home, including a full sized washer and dryer. The open kitchen looks over the dining room and into a large family room with an entertainment center with TV and DVD player. The family room has seating for eight plus the six dining chairs. For the convenience of guests there is a half bath on the ground floor. The second level has two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and the other bedroom includes two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have TV's and DVD players. The large third floor master suite is equipped with a king size bed, a full bath and TV, DVD player as well. There is closet space galore throughout the villa. The unit also has cable and high speed wireless internet.
Reserved parking is right outside your front door. There is a service yard for drying beach towels, and storing bikes as well as bike racks nearby.
For the benefit of all our guests this villa is a non-smoking villa pets are not allowed.

Why the Owner Chose Surf Court
After visiting HHI since our girls were small, we find that it's getting harder to leave. Now, with teenagers, one or two weeks in the summer is just not enough. It was time to buy a place of our own in paradise. We love the family friendly atmosphere, with its beautiful beaches, our favorite restaurants and the bike paths around the entire island. We love the South Forest Beach area for the beach as well as the Coligny Circle area with all of the shops and restaurants. Surf Court is a short walk from Coligny and on the bike paths we love. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do and spend many vacations in our home away from home!

We have been staying at Surf Court for 19 years and this was the nicest condo we have rented. We are looking forward to coming back next year and staying in 46 again.

My husband and I have been bringing our family to HHI since our daughter was 2 years old--this year she graduates from high school. Our kids love HHI and Surf Court is the perfect location---close to the beach, Coligny, restaurants. Last sumer was the first time we stayed at this villa in Surf Court and we enjoyed it so much we will be returning this year! The owner was very courteous and quick to respond to questions. The villa is exactly as pictured and very clean. We loved that the patio is tucked in a quiet corner of the courtyard so sitting outside at night is very relaxing. Looking forward to another wonderful week!
