Relaxation begins at the beautiful sugar-white beaches of the Emerald Coast. Azure is a new luxurious Gulf-front condominium with Mediterranean-style architecture. Its premier location on Okaloosa Island is just 6 miles from Destin. This vacation resort is convenient to fine and casual dining, shopping, golfing, fishing, boating, parasailing, jet skiing, water parks, miniature golf, cinema, aquarium --you name it, we have it close by! Azure is within walking distance of the Emerald Coast Convention Center.
Azure offers many amenities to its guests - two lagoon-style, Gulf-front pools (one of which is heated during the fall, winter and spring), kiddie play fountain, two hot tubs, BEACH SERVICE which includes beach chairs and an umbrella (in season), state-of-the-art Fitness Center, BBQ area, and covered parking.
Our beach-front, third floor, platinum-furnished unit sleeps eight--a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. WE ALSO HAVE A PACK-N-PLAY AND A BOOSTER CHAIR FOR YOUR BABY! Our unit has three full baths, with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower in the master bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and DVD player. Our unit has FREE WIFI in the unit.
If you enjoy cooking, take advantage of our state-of-the-art, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, smooth-surface cooktop, and microwave. A full-sized washer/dryer is provided for your convenience.
Any time of the year enjoy spectacular sunsets on your private balcony – just like paradise! Come to the Beach! Come to Azure 314!

This condo is in a wonderful location and is very clean and well-appointed. My husband and I are in our thirties. We traveled with my parents and eighty-year-old grandparents. None of us wanted to come home and both of my grandparents said that this was the best vacation they have ever taken. I highly recommend staying here!

I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation. It is one of the nicest properties I have stayed at - nicely furnished/clean. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Lots of activities nearby - beach, Harborwalk, Parasailing, Destin Commons, Fishing Pier, Dolphin cruises and lots more! Couldn't have asked for more! I will definitely stay at this place again when visiting Fort Walton Beach/Destin area.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this condo. The owner was great to work with and everything was nearly flawless. The condo is exactly as shown, if not a bit better than the pictures. We would recommend this place to our families and friends.

I have stayed at the Azure every year since it opened. This is absolutely one of the nicest properties in the Destin/Okaloosa Island area. This unit is beautiful, & had everything my family needed. It was clean & nicely furnished. I plan to return.

If you're looking for the perfect beach to enjoy an extended vacation with the perfect condo at a reasonable place, I totaly recommend this condo. I looked at so many listings before choosing this one. It was clean, well taken care of and priced right! We cooked a lot and the kitchen was supberb. The entire place was decorated with taste. I would definately return next year, but for two weeks instead of one. Our only disappointment was the grilling area. It was too far away from our unit and only offered three grills for the entire complex. Thank you for providing a pack-n-play and booster seat for our little guy. That was a real plus not having to pack those items.

10/2008 We were visiting our son in FL, and found this condo by accident while driving around in the area. How lucky can you get...the prices were great and the facilities were fantastic. The actual condo was truly wonderful, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area....Thanks again for an unexpected surprise and wonderful stay....
