About the owner: I am a CPA ,fortunate to own property in Avalon and Stone Harbor. I grew up in Philadelphia ( Mayfair ) the oldest of 4 Brothers. Dad died young at age 40 and Mom forced all of us to attend College . We all did ok. Money had always been an issued for Mom. It is with great joy that I can offer mom choices to vacation on 7 mile island any time any place. Two of my 3 brothers also have homes at the Shore .Mom has choices. In March 0f 2013 ,my third brother has house to stay , his son purchased one ! Thank You ---John Heck
