A 2500 square foot waterfront property with private easy-access to the beach. Situated on a half acre lot, it boasts a large garden featuring many varieties of rhododendrons and perennials.

This home is an open concept style with magnificent ocean views seen from the large sunken living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and two of the bedrooms.

Located between Parksville and Qualicum, the property is close to French Creek Marina and several outstanding golf courses. Enjoy sweeping views of Georgia Strait, a wonderful place to walk collecting shells, or to watch the cruise ships, and local wildlife including majestic bald eagles, seals, sea lions, salmon, and a wide variety of bird life. Experience the ocean ambience at night by the light of the moon from the outdoor hot tub. Parksville and the Village of Qualicum, both just a short drive away, offer all shopping and local amenities that visitors look to find. Situated mid-island, it is thirty minutes from Cathedral Grove Forest and Little Qualicum Falls, and a two hour drive from Tofino and the Pacific west coast.

  • View/Location
    • Oceanfront: The oceanfront is located 40 feet from the kitchen door and down two stairs. A wonderful place to walk, to collect shells, and watch a multitude of ocean based wildlife. There are two resident bald eagles with a nest nearby and often visible.
    • Mountain View: The view from the garden side of the property includes a view of Mount Arrowsmith, the predominant mountain of the local area. On a clear day, there is a magnificent view from the Oceanside of the coastal mountain range on the BC mainland, including the snow capped peaks of the range that includes Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains.

    • Telephone: Three handsets wireless telephones, all handsets work at the same time ( same line) for conversations with multiple participants. One stationary handset. Long distance cards may be purchased at a local provider. The number must end in a double digit number. i.e. 866

    • Pet Friendly: One pet up to 40 lbs may be accommodated with the owners specific permission. An additional refundable damage deposit of $250.00 over and above the standard $500.00 refundable damage deposit is required. A $100.00 cleaning fee applies.
