If you are ready to relax and enjoy a secret paradise you have come to the right place! Our Happy Place is a waterfront Condo located at Old Fenimore Mill in Cedar Key, Florida.
Our third floor (the top) loft unit (1-E) includes high vaulted ceilings, french doors opening to the balcony, and large glass windows for a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico - yes, we are on the open water!
If you like to boat, fish, swim, lounge by the pool/Jacuzzi, or take in beautiful sunrise/sunsets you have found your destination - Our Happy Place!
Our luxury condo includes a full kitchen with stove, refrig., dishwasher, microwave, george foreman grill, coffee maker, toaster, and of course a blender, with full margarita set:)
Linens and towels are provided for free, along with beach chairs, puzzles, games, books, and toys located in our guest closet.
Our condo has heat and air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in every room.
There is a washer/dryer within the unit for your convenience and TVs/VCR/DVD/CD/Nintendo playstation for your fun! Please feel free to insert the Jimmy Buffet CD upon arriving:) - We hope to see you soon in Cedar Key, FL at Our Happy Place!

Loved our overnight stay at 'Our Happy Place'....Met our daughter & husband to return our Grands after spring break since it is about 1/2 way between our homes. Condo was clean & convenient to everything.on Cedar Key. Grands loved the pool & fishing dock & a wonderful city playground is a short walk away.. Be sure to go to Tony's for clam chowder while you're there. Good exercise getting to the 3rd level, but it was explained in the listing description, LOL, I just didn't THINK about it. View made up for the trek up the stairs, though. Would stay there again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed for 4 days over Thanksgiving 2009. Cedar Key is a quiet, relaxing place. This condo looks directly out onto the Gulf, great views. The condo is spacious and well equipped, very clean. We cooked lots of meals and enjoyed the stay greatly. All the stuff you've read is accurate...old Florida, not commercialized, charming local restaurants. What a wonderful vacation!!! Our family of 5 had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful, well-appointed condo. The all water view of the Gulf of Mexico off their private balcony was spectacular - we enoyed watching the sun come up each morning with our coffee and the dolphins visit each afternoon - amazing! Our family also took daily kayak trips to the nearby island and went exploring - highly recommend it! There is a nature hiking path, marvelous sandy beaches, and seashells a plenty. Throughout the day, we all enjoyed lounging poolside to catch some rays and relax - very nice! Cedar Key is a hidden treasure with lots to do and much delicious seafood to eat-yum:) Thank you for a memorable family vacation at Our Happy Place!
