This unit is on the 10th floor of the "OCEAN BLUE", a luxury oceanfront condominium built in 2004. You can enjoy views of the ocean and the city from the privacy of your own 600 square ft lanai .

Nearby, you will find the exquisite shops of Bal Harbour and the very trendy Lincoln Road Mall. Only minutes from the vibrant night life of South Beach and the business communities of both Midtown and Downtown Miami as well as the Port of Miami, Carnival Center of the Performing Arts Center, and Parrot Jungle Island.

Our unit IS 1105 SQ. FT AND IT will truly be a "home away from home". It is fully furnished with a 50" Rear Projection Flat Panel tv in the living room and a 50" plasma tv in the bedroom, interior washer and dryer . The unit features a private bedroom located on the second level along with a Master bath and two walk-in closets. The first level boasts a full size living room and kitchen, 1/2 bathroom and access to the 600 square ft Lanai.

The rental fee includes electricity, satellite , internet and water. We are a gated community with 24 hour security on the premises. Amenities include a fully equiped air-conditioned gym, pool, hot tub, beach . Stay a month or a year.

Two parking spaces in parking garage are available .

  • Very Nice. Condo well situated across the street from beach. Beautiful view very quiet and great Lanai. Local Telephone would be an asset as it gets very expensive to always use a Cell phone with a Canadian number.
