Our whole experience with Lisa was wonderful. It was a pleasue doing business with such a honest person. Every step of the rental process was simple-it was so easy to contact her and get a response back that same day. When we got to our unit, it was exactly what we expected from the pictures and from the reviews. There were also alot of extras that are included in our stay that just made it feel like our home for the week. The parking pass helped so much, there were menus in the room, activities and maps of the city that were all there layed out for us when we arrived.We travel with our little dog and this was perfect for her. Many of the squares in the city were within easy walking distance and we could see Ellis Square and City Market from our window. There were so many restaurants that were within one to two blocks from us-we really didnt even have to move the car. We are already planning our trip for next year and will rent from Lisa again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing.

My mother, aunt, and I stayed at this condo for the 4th of Julyweek and had the best time ever. The beds were very comfortable as was the entire space. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures and very unique. Now that we're spoiled, we can't stay anywhere else. We had first booked a room at the Bohemian Hotel but are glad we changed those plans. This condo is way better! The location can't be beat. You are in the middle of everything. It's great. LOVE LOVE LOVE it and are already planning our next trip - hopefully in the fall or winter. I would highly recommend this fabulous condo to anyone visiting the Savannah area. Chose this loft because of the reviews and pictures, both were right on the money. Lisa was amazing to work with the loft itself is perfect, lots of room,and steps to the best of Savannah. We had a small child and the steps/location was easy for her and us. It's the best deal in my opinion and I surfed and looked at allot of choices. Lisa will not "fee" you to death, she is easy to work with and extremely helpful. I left my memory foam pillow but it's okay, plan on coming back soon and often so just save it for me! Had a blast!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Stayed in condo for the month of February 2012, and it was so comfortable and well-equipped it quickly felt like home. The condo is very spacious and interesting, combining old and new, and art work throughout. The kitchen has all you need for cooking (if you must, despite all the wonderful restaurants nearby!), and beds are amazingly comfortable. You are in the heart of everything, and can walk in any direction to all Savannah has to offer. Parking is super-convenient, too. Lisa could not be more helpful and easygoing. Can't wait to return!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

There is always a moment when you put the key in the door when you have doubts that the rental is going to meet your expectations based from the description and photos viewed online. Let me assure you that when the door opened on Vermeer, it took my breath away. The loft is far larger than the photos would lead you to believe, the decor is gorgeous and everything about it is comforting and relaxing. Also, it is literally in the middle of everything. Out the front window is Broughton street for shopping, out the back window is City Market and Lady and Sons for eating. Numerous squares are a very short walk away and River Street is a couple of short blocks away. The location makes it so easy to stop in to cool off a bit or drop off purchases. If you have little ones, the access to the water playground at Ellis Park will be a highlight of your trip. We flew in and did not rent a car and had no problem getting everywhere we wanted to go. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this property to anyone. It is an exceptional value in an incredible location.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I have rented many times on VRBO and this has been the absolute easiest ever!! Dealing with Lisa there were no issues or problems. She maintained contact up until checking in. The cleanliness of the condo was also outstanding, I mean spotless!! Lastly the location of this condo is truly in the middle of everything. You step out and see all the big restaurants. I must recommend Goose Feathers for breakfast though. You can literally park your car in the parking garage and forget about it until it is time to leave. You are only a couple minutes walk to River St. or Bay St for more dining and shops. Lisa I would like to say thank you for everything you did, I look forward to booking this rental again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This apartment is centrally located on the main shopping street, within walking distance of everything in Savannah. The place is huge. We estimated 1700 sq. ft. It was a long walk from one end to the other. The floors and pressed tin ceiling were lovely original touches that complemented the funky 50s-retro furnishings. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with, and right downstairs if we needed anything, which we didn't because the apartment was so well equipped. The parking was only a block away and very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Savannah.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed in Savannah for a girl's weekend the first weekend in November and could not have been happier with the loft. The location was parallel with River street and about 3 streets over. The loft had incredibly comfy beds and the kitchen was stocked with any appliance you may need. There was even coffee in the cupboards (although we brought our own). There is a queen bed and a king bed and the king bed was moved apart so that it was split into two twins. The place was much bigger than I expected and nicely furnished and decorated. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone I know who is going to Savannah. So much better than staying in a hotel!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I loved staying here, my husband and I went to Savannah for a quick 4 day getaway, and didnt want to leave. This condo was amazing, not only were we 1 block away from everything, we were in the center of the action. We barely used our car the entire time.We are thankful we didnt have to find a space on the street, because that is impossible. This condo provides parking in a safe in an underground facility, 1 block away. We could walk to shops, places to eat, and historic sites in minutes.1 block from River Street, and right on Broughton. This condo overlooks the main street in the city. The furnishings were gorgeous, the beds were super comfortable, and no expense was spared when doing this remodel. The hardwoods look original, and the tin ceiling is beautiful, wide crown moldings were everywhere and the exposed brick was the perfect touch. I cant say enough good things about the owners of the condo, they remembered everything, and no little detail was left un noticed. We will definitely return to Savannah and when we do, we WILL be staying here!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

this place was amazing! Lisa was great to work with and the prices were unbeatable. Very close to Lady and Sons, City Market, and River Street- you can literally walk to everything in 5 minutes. Perfect location, beautiful decor, every amenity one could imagine. It is easy to say as much attention has been paid to every detail as if the owners were to live there themselves. Private entry, parking included which is a big deal in Savannah. Most everything anyone could want is within walking distance and Savannah is a city to really appreciate on foot. Lisa is a tremendous source of information as to what to see and what to do. I can't say enough about the beds and linens! Nothing better after a long day or night of being out on the town. This is top class in every sense of the word. Southern hospitality and generosity at its very best. You won't want to leave.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
