Great location, comfortably furnished and very well stocked with cleaning, paper products, soap, shampoo etc. The web description and photos were accurate and the property was clean and well maintained. Owner was helpful and prompt in answering questions. Would highly recommend this property, it is in a prime location and we would not hesitate to rent it again should we decide to spend time in Del Mar.

Great Place for a beachy getaway.

My girlfriend and I wanted to get away for a little RnR and decided on Del Mar. This town home made our vacation all that much better. The location across from two beachside restaurants (Jakes and the Poseidon) made us feel like we were staying at a hotel. In fact, there is a third spot that is like a secret called the snack shack that we went to for a quick lunch while on the beach. Downtown Del Mar is just up the hill on the other side of the train tracks just 5 blocks away and offered night time dining at Sbicca's and Pacifica and a club atmosphere at l'Aueberge. The town home was well appointed and clean. Great television for sports. Great location for people watching. We ate out almost every night but, the full kitchen and BBQ gave us an alternative a couple of nights. The complex is small, west of the train tracks and has a private hot tub area. Not too many folks were there during our stay, in fact, I think that only one of the five units was occupied. The train does go by east of the property but, if you want to be near the beach in Del Mar that happens. It didn't bother us. All in all, we had a relaxed and restful time. This place is perfect for a couple, or two as there is a second bedroom as well. We hope to make a habit of this place.

Perfect Del Mar Vacation Rental

This is a wonderful vacation rental in a perfect location close to the heart of Del Mar. We were able to stay comfortably in the unit with 2 adults, 2 teenagers and our youngest who is 2 1/2 years old. The unit is in walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach is just across the street. The beds were very comfortable and beach items such as boogie boards and sand buckets, et cetera were available for our use during our stay. The condo is well furnished and has enough room to relax after a day of sightseeing or beachcoming. The condo is well secured with a fence and locked gate as well as secured parking. We will surely look to stay here again the next time we come to Del Mar.

My husband and two children (aged 3 and 7) stayed here for a week in January and absolutely loved the place. It was clean, very comfortable and right next to the beach…the kids loved to wake up and run immediately to the beach. We really enjoyed walking to the cafe's and restaurants in the evening as it is very conveniently located within walking distance to the village, and a wonderful grocery store called Harvest Ranch. We would definitely recommend staying here, the location and rates are unbeatable, it was a quiet, safe and overall an easy and relaxing vacation for our whole family.
