  We've rented Florida vacation homes from Naples to Navarre and this home is exceptionally nice. Its amenities far surpass the description on line - comfortable beds, top grade appliances, 10-foot ceilings, dozens of windows for opening up to the ocean breezes. Each of the four bedrooms has direct access to its bathroom, with the downstairs queen bathroom opening to the bunk bed hallway as well. The pool is right outside the back door. The beach is clean and uncrowded. The Rosemary Beach community is a short walk away, where we had fun exploring the shopping and restaurants. Our teenagers set up an account at Sugar Shak and enjoyed repeated visits there. We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. Carolyn had made sure lights were left on because she knew we would be arriving after dark. The house was clean and neat, and perfect for our family. Publix, Kwiker Liquor, CVS and Winn Dixie were an easy 2-mile drive down the highway. There were too many restaurants in the area to choose from, but everywhere we ate had great food and friendly service. We hope to return soon!

  This house was perfect for us, we will be back hopefully this summer! The weather was a perfect 73 degrees in January but better than our St. Louis snow! The kids had a blast playing on the white sand and we even saw dolphins two of the mornings playing up close in the water! It was so beautiful. The beaches here are just amazing, this is our new vacation spot. The house was very big and the decor was nice. Our fav. part of the house was the big open dining, kitchen and great room. We could all visit together in one huge room and balcony that overlooked the gulf. Rosemary beach was just a couple of houses away, and the kids had a blast. Make sure to walk the kids over to the Sugar Shack!

  Bella Vista is a luxurious property with high end finishes throughout. It is also very spacious with great proximity to the ocean and pool. However, it appears at this point in time to be in need of some TLC. First of all, the home smelled like cigarette smoke upon arrival. We also had trouble enjoying the ocean view through the filthy windows. I ended up washing them myself. When we tried to sit outside on the balcony, we found that every single chair on the balcony facing the ocean was completely falling apart. My 3-year-old daughter kept bringing pieces of the chairs inside to play with. The paint is fading and cracked on the exterior, there are several broken and non-working lights ...It just feels like the property has been neglected for a while. The home itself is truly phenomenal and beautifully appointed, but I wouldn’t stay again due to the maintenance issues. It also took more than 3 weeks to receive our returned deposit.

The salt water air does take a toll on the outdoor furniture, but brand new outdoor furniture is on its way for next season!:) Please keep the comments coming, as we are always looking for ways to make your beach vacation here in paradise even more amazing!!

  We had such a fantastic experience at Bella Vista! The pictures of the house do not do justice to the views, the interior or the pool. The empty lots between the house and the ocean allow great views from the main floor and the third floor. The interior is beautifully decorated and the layout provides privacy for both master bedrooms. The pool was well-maintained and never had more than one other family using it while we were there. We have always stayed beach-side in Inlet Beach, but this was a great alternative due to the pool and views.

  Gorgeous, roomy house--pictures don't do it justice. It's in a terrific location. The pool is literally steps away and the beach only a little further. Rosemary Beach and Seacrest are just down the path. We are a family of 4 and we stayed with good friends who also are a family of 4. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers! The owners were great and very responsive to our needs--which were few! This place has everything.
