With UNOBSTRUCTED beautiful views of the emerald green waters and the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, lies "Bella Vista" an exquisitely designed home in Inlet Beach, Florida. This stunning and plentiful house with Gulf views is a mere 75yards from the beach and only 200 yards from the west entrance of Rosemary Beach. The home has a large shared pool 10 feet from the back door of the house and captures the architectural style and relaxed atmosphere of the Old Caribbean.
This beautifully furnished home has breathtaking views from any one of the three porches. The spacious upstairs family room and kitchen enjoy gorgeous views overlooking the oversized shared pool then the ocean. There are two master suites; one on the third level that has a private wet bar and private deck to enjoy as the sun rises and sets. The master on the main living area has a king size bed and oversized bathroom with jetted tub and private shower with two heads. The house features four bedrooms total and four and a half baths, which sleeps 12 with one king, two queen, two twin beds, a sleeper sofa, and two bunk beds. PETS ARE WELCOME (dogs less than 20 lbs only with extra cleaning fee and deposit) and No Smoking.
Designed to feel like a comfortable beach retreat, this house has Walnut floors, an open, spacious kitchen/dining area, high ceilings with fans, and a master tower room with a bar sink and open balcony providing gorgeous views of the Gulf. It is comfortably furnished with vibrant, beach artwork. The home has over 2900 square feet of living area with another 1000 feet of deck and porches. With plenty of space for family gatherings, the house also has TVs and DVDs throughout.
When you tire of the beach, the new 36-hole Tom Fazio Golf Course is located just over a mile away. Additionally, there are 5 other golf courses located within a 20 mile radius. You may also want to bike down the Highway 30-A bike path which leads to the nearby coastal communities of Seaside, Watercolor, Seacrest and Grayton Beach, which feature many quaint shops and excellent award-winning restaurants. We usually book our house Saturday to Saturday for weekly rates, but any length of stay will be considered.
~Beach chair & umbrella rental is available w/ daily set up on the beach.
~Bicycle rental is available w/ free delivery to the beach house.
~Daily housekeeping is also available for one or more of your vacation dates at a rate of $150 per day.

This house was perfect for us, we will be back hopefully this summer! The weather was a perfect 73 degrees in January but better than our St. Louis snow! The kids had a blast playing on the white sand and we even saw dolphins two of the mornings playing up close in the water! It was so beautiful. The beaches here are just amazing, this is our new vacation spot. The house was very big and the decor was nice. Our fav. part of the house was the big open dining, kitchen and great room. We could all visit together in one huge room and balcony that overlooked the gulf. Rosemary beach was just a couple of houses away, and the kids had a blast. Make sure to walk the kids over to the Sugar Shack!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Bella Vista is a luxurious property with high end finishes throughout. It is also very spacious with great proximity to the ocean and pool. However, it appears at this point in time to be in need of some TLC. First of all, the home smelled like cigarette smoke upon arrival. We also had trouble enjoying the ocean view through the filthy windows. I ended up washing them myself. When we tried to sit outside on the balcony, we found that every single chair on the balcony facing the ocean was completely falling apart. My 3-year-old daughter kept bringing pieces of the chairs inside to play with. The paint is fading and cracked on the exterior, there are several broken and non-working lights ...It just feels like the property has been neglected for a while. The home itself is truly phenomenal and beautifully appointed, but I wouldn’t stay again due to the maintenance issues. It also took more than 3 weeks to receive our returned deposit.

We had such a fantastic experience at Bella Vista! The pictures of the house do not do justice to the views, the interior or the pool. The empty lots between the house and the ocean allow great views from the main floor and the third floor. The interior is beautifully decorated and the layout provides privacy for both master bedrooms. The pool was well-maintained and never had more than one other family using it while we were there. We have always stayed beach-side in Inlet Beach, but this was a great alternative due to the pool and views.

Gorgeous, roomy house--pictures don't do it justice. It's in a terrific location. The pool is literally steps away and the beach only a little further. Rosemary Beach and Seacrest are just down the path. We are a family of 4 and we stayed with good friends who also are a family of 4. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers! The owners were great and very responsive to our needs--which were few! This place has everything.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
