This lovely home is a fishermans paradise. It is situated on a beautiful peaceful canal that leads straight out to the intercoastal waterway. Its a great place for someone with a small boat(20' and under or pontoon boat). Snook fish and Mullet has been caught right behind the house. The canal has a very large patio with dock that is equipped with lights, electricity and water.
Its also a gardeners paradise. There are tropical plants and flowers everywhere you look. The backyard has 2 large Live Oaks that keeps it nice and cool. its a wonderful place for relaxing and enjoying the sounds of nature while reading a good book.
This user friendly split bedroom home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has an open kitchen, dining and living area thats perfect for family gatherings or entertaining friends.
Only 1 mile to the beautiful white sands of Casey Key Beach. Its located on the westside of Hwy. 41. Which is known by the locals as the place to be. Its a quiet short drive to the beach with only small residential streets getting there. Also, very convenient to shopping and restaurants. By the way, if you are a bargain hunter then you will love this area. It is surrounded Salvation Army and Goodwill thrift stores. They are constantly restocking so you may find something unique at a really good price. HAVE FUN!

  • I stayed here in the fall of 2006. I have been coming to the Sarasota/Venice area for the past 25 years and stayed in various nicer hotels. This house was not only less expensive but very roomy as well. It was less than 2 miles from Nokomis Beach (the closest I have ever stayed to a beach in this area) and within 15 minutes of over 100 restaurants. It is very close to Highway 41 and 5 minutes from I-75. The house itself is a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of life...wish I could live here!!! Will be here again same time next year.
