Owner Description
Have been coming to the desert for over 30 years - previously lived in Seattle. I made the desert my permanent home in the late 80's. Remodeled the condo for my son to live in....unfortunately, business keeps him in Los Angeles. So, we put it in the rental market. I live across Eisenhower at La Quinta CC - 5 minutes away - easy access to Santa Rosa Cove...so, I was designated "Landlord". It has been fun meeting wonderful people who have treated the property with great respect and always exclaim that pictures do not do the unit justice....it truly is a dream unit - one of a kind in the cove. I think it is probably the only one that was totally ripped apart and redesigned. A fun project for me as I am a local designer. My goal is to make sure every renter has a great experience while renting this unit and will return again and again. I think the Cove is one of the best locations in La Quinta.
