This beautiful home was completely remodeled and updated in 2008. It is a lovely Mesa home on a quiet street. Walk an easy 3 blocks to Mesa Lane beach and the natural beauty of the Douglas Preserve. Walk the other direction to all the shops, markets, and restaurants that the Mesa offers.
The home is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath New England inspired retreat. The completely refinished hardwood oak floors create warm and inviting spaces for relaxing with your family. There are many options for spreading out and enjoying privacy. A heated outdoor deck boasts comfortable outdoor furniture. The Media room is outfitted with theatre style seating, and a daybed for extra lounging. The cozy living room has a fireplace and is tastefully appointed with all new furniture.
The completely remodeled kitchen, with Viking stove and brand new stainless steel appliances, allows for memorable cooking experiences. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry, and is stocked with everything a discriminating chef needs. 4 seats at the kitchen counter allow for quick and easy breakfasts and the nearby dining area is perfect for dinner parties for up to 10 guests. Just off the kitchen is a relaxing family room with a comfortable couch and other seating. Just outside the family room is the heated outdoor deck with BBQ and a large dining set.
The garage/recreation room is nicely outfitted with a ping pong table. A 6 person spa with outdoor hot/cold shower is the perfect place to warm-up and relax after a great day at the beach.
Take care of business easily with the free high speed Internet access (wireless and wired), free unlimited phone and fax usage (USA only), and use of the all-in-one printer/fax/copier/scanner.

Santa Barbara was a delightful place to visit and meet family. The others are too busy packing this morning so they trust me to write for them. Our time here is filled with memories of the kids playing in the yard (and finding the secret hiding place upstairs behind the closet) as well as quiet times on the fromt porch. We have always stayed at Sand Dollar and now we are going to have a hard time making a choice for next year's visit. We love them both! Many thanks Theo and Becky for helping me find the 3rd bedroom!!!
