Two large decks extend from the living area in this 2 story 5 bedroom 2.5 bath lake home steps from beautiful Lake Martin. Every detail of our home is exquisitely decorated. When you open the door, you will say 'wow'. Once you have stayed here, you will want to stay again.
This is a great lake home. Spacious 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath on beautiful deepwater lot. This home easily accommodates multi families with sleeping accommodations for 13. Main floor living area is an open flow between kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace, 32 inch LCD TV, queen sleeper sofa, all glass windows looking out over the lake and a large deck. mater bedroom with king size bed. Master bath with large whirlpool tub and separate shower. large laundry room and half bath. upstairs bedroom 2 has a king size bed. bedroom 1 has full bed and twin bed. bedroom 4 has two twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a full size futon and a multi game table, TV, stereo. upstairs also has a Jack and Jill bathroom.
Located on beautiful Lake Martin a 41000 acre clear water lake which has over 700 miles of shoreline. perfect for fishing, swimming, boating or just relaxing. Bring your boat or rent one at nearby marina. Many places to see around the lake such as Children's Harbor, Chimney Rock, Sand Island, Goat Island, Martin Dam and many other islands to explore. There are great golf courses and shopping nearby.

Such a nice lake house! We came down for spring break and brought our Grandkids. The kids had a blast, we all did. Very nice,family oriented and just a great home away from home. It's in a deep water cove and the water is so clear you can see the fish swimming around. VERY peaceful and so relaxing. Thank You Wolf family for sharing your home! Oct-Feb .. $200/night .. $1250/week (3 night minimum). Mar-May .. $400/night .. $2500/week (3 night minimum). Jun-Sep .. $400/night .. $2500/week (3 night minimum). $400 Holiday rate will apply to all holidays and auburn games. $175 Cleaning fee. $500 Refundable security deposit. Minimum age 35.

About the owner: Cothee and I started dating in 6th grade and spent alot of time on Lake Martin growing up. One of our goals was to have our own place here. 4 boys later and a very busy schedule we decided to share our home with other familys. I hope you make as many memories as we have
