Flathead Lake at Sunset, from boat in lake. - Polson, Montana Rental The 2000 square foot Lake House, sits on a low hill overlooking Flathead Lake. The house has a spacious 350 square foot Living Room opening on to a wooden deck with a BBQ grill and lawn furniture, the sun sets over Flathead Lake directly over the water from this deck, with trees to provide shade. There is also a large dining room with a serving counter off the new kitchen. The house is equipped with games for adults and children, there is an RV parking spot with hook ups. It is 5 miles to the resort town of Polson, and 45 miles to Kalispell and Whitefish. Glacier National Park is 70 miles north along the scenic East Side Highway that runs along Flathead Lake. There are boat rentals, tours, and hikes available in the immediate area. Please note that renter must have current CPR certificate to use pool facilities.

Rates .. $850/week for off season, (Apr-May, Sep-Oct) .. $950/week high season.
Minimum three night stay required.  Payment required prior to stay.
Personal check or cashier check due at least 1 week prior to stay.
$500 damage deposit to be returned upon inspection of property.
$75 non refundable cleaning fee.  Nightly rate of $175 per night. Weekend rate of
$350, Friday thru Sunday.
