Our lovely Florida Home was built in 2004 and is situated on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. It is situated on the quiet road of Kokomo Loop within walking distance to the clubhouse. It is one of a few two story homes on the estate.

The home has great facilities as you will find. To come home from a long day at Disney it’s great just to chill out around the pool. We hope that you enjoy your stay in the villa and please make yourself welcome.

Southern Dunes is just a 20 minute drive from Disney World but has a tranquil atmosphere – a perfect retreat after an exhausting day in the parks. Sea-world, Universal and Cypress Gardens are also just a short drive away. The Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral and Cocoa beach are approx 45 minutes drive away. Daytona (with the famous race track and beach that you can drive on) is just over 1 hour away. If you head West towards the Gulf of Mexico you will find Tampa, Clearwater (with white powder sandy beaches and warm sea) and St Petersburg. Clearwater is approx 90 minutes drive.

The property has 3 good sized bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king sized bed and TV. It has an en-suite bathroom with luxury shower and storage cupboard. The bathroom leads onto a large walk-in closet. Bedroom two has a double bed and large built-in wardrobe. Bedroom three has two single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. Bed linen and towels (for use in the house) are supplied.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large electric cooking range, microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker and fridge/freezer with ice maker. Through an adjacent door, located in the garage are the washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The dustbins are stored in here.

There is a large living room with two large sofas, coffee tables and television with cable TV. There is a dining area with table and chairs to seat six people. There are two additional chairs at a breakfast bar. A downstairs bathroom with toilet and sink.

Swimming pool (which can be heated for a small additional charge) which is fully enclosed with mesh to protect from unwelcome insects and provide some protection from the sun. Patio furniture, including two sun loungers, is provided. There are door alarms on the rear and patio doors – these can be switched on to help supervise young children.
