Third floor penthouse condo located ON THE SAND at the water's edge on Mariner's Basin SOUTH MISSION BEACH Pennisula. Mariner's Basin is the most popular Mission Bay cove for yachts to dock for the weekend - directly in front of this condo!
The unit includes three bedrooms, two baths and spectacular panoramic views of Mission Bay and Riviera style beach. The Pacific Ocean and jetty are just steps away with the Bay at the front door, all connected by the famous Mission Beach boardwalk.
Amenities include: Secure WiFi, two gas fireplaces, new 42" HD TV with DVD player, wet bar, BBQ, two balconies and a large, fully equiped kitchen. The master bedroom has bay and ocean views, king bed and full size futon. The two guest bedrooms include Bay and beach views, king and queen beds, skylights and TV's. Secure garage parking is provided for TWO CARS!

Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach
The beach view is why we bought this oondo but we have had other property in South Mission for 9 years because we went to college in SD and have family in town. The year round activities lead us to make the condo available for us and visitors.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The beach, the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park Museums as well as the USS Midway to which we are patrons, are the principal activities we partake of when we are in San Diego.

Our family stayed here for 9 days over the holidays. We traveled from New York State to celebrate Christmas with our new granddaughter and her parents, and had an unbelievable vacation! This condo is spectacular plus the view is priceless! It was so, so nice waking up to the view of boats docked in the bay! It's quiet and has a nice beach right out the front door. The ocean is a mere block away to watch unforgettable sunsets! In the unit, there is plenty of room to sleep 6 comfortably, as well as 2 parking spaces & 2 bikes. It's clean and well decorated. The owners were wonderful, adding special holiday touches to make our stay more homey. If we need a place to stay in the future, this will be it! We hated to leave! It was one of the best family vacations we've taken in years! I would not hesitate to recommend this unit! You will not be disappointed!!

We rented this condo for a Thursday thru Monday weekend to catch the Packers play the Chargers. The condo is absolutely beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. Everything you could possibly ask for in a vacation home. Close to numerous tourist sites and the view out of the patio was fabulous. We had 6 people spend the weekend and had visitors also. The condo had plenty of room to entertain. The owners are great to work with and respond very quickly to any questions asked. I would rent again without question! Wish we were going back next weekend!

We had a wonderful family week at this condo. If you look at the pictures and the video, you will have no surprises. The beach area was really great for our 4 year old granddaughter. The two parking places were real important to have. The condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Susan was most helpful and very prompt in responding to questions. She even sent back the razor my son left! The view is awesome. Good vacation!

Our family spent Easter week at the Mission Beach condo and had a fabulous time! We very much enjoyed staying here. The condo was spacious, clean, quiet & had a well-stocked kitchen. Having 2 garage spaces is like hitting the jackpot! That's a rarity in Mission Beach area! Restaurant recommendations were also helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The condo was even better than the pictures. It was spotless and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. From discount coupons to restaurant suggestions they went above & beyond to make our vacation enjoyable. We'd most definitely recommend this property to friends and plan to return ourseelves.

I highly recommend renting this Condo and will do so again. There was nothing we needed that this Condo does not provide. There was 6 of us for 7 days and it is extremely big feeling. The fact that we could all stay together and cook when we wanted to and have parking was just the best. It's very close to a small market where we walked to several times. It's also close to many shops and eating places. The owners did everything possible to make sure our stay was enjoyable!!!!!! We also are so pleased we stayed on the Bay Side and saw the fireworks from Sea World every night. The Bay Side is so clean and quiet at night. Thank you for the Best Vacation EVER!!!

This was my second time renting this bayfront unit, and I will defintely rent again in the future. The location is fabulous, and unit is very clean and nicely furnished. It is the perfect size for a large group. The beds are very comfortable and the owners are a pleasure to work with!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Steve & Susan's condo. It is on the quiet part of Mission Beach and everything is just minutes away. The condo was very comfortable and spacious and we made some really wonderful memories there! We were able to view the fireworks display at Seaworld from the condo every night, which was just beautiful! Thank you for your hospitality!
