Las Ventanas was a perfect location for a great destination. The Cooper Condo was comfortable, well supplied, had a great kitchen and dining area as well as a beautiful patio and being right next to the pool! It is within walking distance of some of the great restaurants and an inexpensive cab ride to lots of others. The owners and staff are very helpful and offer great local possibilities i.e. fresh squeezed OJ delivered daily to the condo!!! The time we spent there was a great experience that was over all too quickly. Would re return to the Cooper Condo? Most definately!

We decided to celebrate our retirement in the best way we knew, on Cozumel, with family and friends. Hubby & I chose Las Vantanas for it's size and convenient location, off street parking and that big pool. Everything was as represented in the listing and those sheets!..I miss them so. When we arrived, we just walked around smiling from ear to ear for quite a while, then mixed up some margaritas and relaxed. It was like we were home but without a care as everything we needed was taken care of by the staff. Family came and went and were impressed with the accomodiations. The grounds around the buildings and pool are so well maintained, the trees and flowers blooming make you feel surrounded by a tropical paradise all day and night. After a day at the beach, the short stroll into town for dinner was a great way to end the day. We were elated that Guido's was so close. We actually went there 6 times during the month and towards the end, I think they started saving a table for us everyday. A "must do" for your trip to Las Vantanas is "Cozumel Sailing". It's a day cruise of sailing and snorkeling to the north end of the island with a great crew, good music, drink, fresh snacks and food cooked on board. We have taken this cruise every year for 5 years and have never been disappointed. Make reservations before you leave home or the day you arrive because the cruise is very popular and fills up fast. I hope you will be as lucky as we were and be able to spend time in this wonderful setting on the beautiful island of Cozumel. Alice & Bob

Just came back from a week in cozumel. This condo was everything the owners claimed to be AND MORE! We had 3 couples that thoroughly enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, the condos location and close proximity to the complex swimming pool. Although the weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped, that never kept us from enjoying ourselves. It was wonderful to come back to such a welcoming condo after a day of shopping, snorkelling or sitting on a wonderful beach. We are already planning our return to Cozumel and this condo! At the suggestion of the condo management, we hired a local chef to prepare meals for us for 3 days. Each day was better than the last, and the lobster was fabulous!

What a great vacation condo. The pictures and description of this property are exactly as shown. The unit was so quiet, beds so comfortable and the complex was quiet. Even though I have never met Joyce, through her answering my questions and concerns, with some internet research, I was very comfortable sending payment via my bank to hers for full payment. Joyce provided an information packet for restaurants, activites and what to do when you loose tv reception, which was utilized often. Ruth in the condo office was wonderful to deal with. I wish we had spent more time here and less in Playa. Scuba diving was incredible.

I spent a wonderful week in this condominium in July 2009. The unit was in immaculate condition and was fully furnished with all one could want. This garden level unit was perfect for the kids. We were in in out of the pool every day. The beach was 1 block away. All the shopping and great restaurants were within walking distance of the unit. A wonderful place for a family to stay.

My husband, our 21 year old son and myself stayed at Joyce and Jack Cooper's Las Ventanas condo in June 2009.What a WONDERFUL place to call home for 2 weeks! The very well located condo was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished.We enjoyed the beautiful large pool and deck area most evenings after spending our days diving, snorkeling and meandering around the island. The condo was quiet and absolutely perfect for us! We felt like we were in a palace! By far the largest and nicest place we’ve stayed on the island in our 5 visits! Everyone we met around Las Ventanas was nice, especially the office staff, Ruth and Patti. Cozumel is a wonderful island and you can't go wrong with Las Ventanas condos!Enjoy your stay, we certainly did!

We have stayed at many locations on Cozumel over the years and there is something special about Las Ventanas. We have 2 young boys, and although we like the ruralness and natural beauty of Cozumel, it is very nice to come home to a wonderful, fully furnished condo that makes us think of home. The grounds are simply beautiful with one of the biggest fresh water pools on the island. The staff are always very helpful and cheery and there is private parking within the complex. The condo inside is truly magnificent with american televsion, a full kitchen, and washer and dryer (which makes it very easy to pack light). The walk into town is only 5 or 6 blocks and everything that you could want is 5 minutes away or less, inlcuding many restaurant choices, the ocean, and a grocery store. Not only do we recommend Las Ventanas, we are, and will be, return customers. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying here!
