Hello! My name is Erica and my boyfriend Shaun and I purchased this home back in Aug of 2007. We both grew up outside of CA and actually met in Mission Beach. We both had the opportunity to live in mission beach before we decided to buy our own place. We've been fortunate enough to have had this amazing opportunity to live life at the beach! When we lived down here we used to love taking walks or runs on the boardwalk after work, or ridding our bikes to get coffee on the weekends. We had lots of time to go surfing or boogie boarding and enjoyed bbqing with friends. We know how much fun Mission Beach is and would love to share our place with you and all your families and friends! We look forward to having you visit with us!

Its walking distance to almost everything you could want on a beach vacation. If you want the ocean, surfing, boogie boarding and beach games, the beach is right across the street. If you want some quite and relax time, the bay is just steps out the door. If you want shopping, restaurnats and night life, its right across the street. We have all the beach gear you’ll need, like boogie boards, chairs, coolers, towels, beach bag and even toys for the kiddies, like a bucket, pale and shovel!
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. We have pots, pans, dinnerware, utensils, oven, stove, toaster, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, and a grill outside that you can use whenever you want.

Located in the heart of Mission Beach, and walking distance to almost everything! Cafes, restaurants, shopping, Belmont Park…its all right across the street! The bay is just steps out the door and the beach is right across the street (about a 20 second walk and you’re toes will be in the sand). The beach is beautiful! Clean, safe, and tons of activities to do like surfing, boogie boarding, kayaking...and of course sand games!
