We also have a DVD player so feel free to bring along your favorite movies!
Our appliances (washer and dryer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) make your stay even more pleasurable. For sleeping arrangements, we have a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, along with a twin bed for small children. In the second bedroom there is a queen bed and a sleeper/sofa in the living room.
This rental comes fully equiped with everything you will need for the beach. Plenty of beach towels and chairs, coolers, umbrella, boogie boards even toys for the kiddies! We also have shared beach cruisers available for you to use during your stay.
We have a shared patio with outdoor seating for 4, with adjustable chairs for reclining back and sitting upright. Plus, we have a grill that you can use whenever you'd like! Bring on the Grill Masters! (the patio is shared between 4 units total)

Its walking distance to almost everything you could want on a beach vacation. If you want the ocean, surfing, boogie boarding and beach games, the beach is right across the street. If you want some quite and relax time, the bay is just steps out the door. If you want shopping, restaurnats and night life, its right across the street. If you're a family with kids, Belmont Park is right across the street. If you want a romantic weekend getaway, we have all the amenities inside! If you want tacos at 2AM you can find it here!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have all the beach gear you’ll need, like boogie boards, chairs, coolers, towels, beach bag and even toys for the kiddies, like a bucket, pale and shovel!
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. We have pots, pans, dinnerware, utensils, oven, stove, toaster, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, and a grill outside on the patio that you can use whenever you want.

Hello! My name is Erica and my boyfriend Shaun and I purchased this home back in Aug of 2007. We both grew up outside of CA and actually met in Mission Beach. We both had the opportunity to live in mission beach before we decided to buy our own place. We've been fortunate enough to have had this amazing opportunity to live life at the beach! When we lived down here we used to love taking walks or runs on the boardwalk after work, or ridding our bikes to get coffee on the weekends. We had lots of time to go surfing or boogie boarding and enjoyed bbqing with friends. My colleagues and I have rented this property in San Diego's Mission Beach from Erica multiple times for a seminar series at the Marina Bay Conference Center. She has been very flexible when working with our dates since we were visiting for business and not for a vacation so we needed to arrive in the middle of the week, not on a Friday or Sunday. Also, the one time that there was a minor problem with the condo that we rented, she responded immediately and the problem was quickly solved. Bicycles were provided enabling us to shop for food, go out for dinners, and attend our seminars without having to hire multiple cabs. We highly recommend staying at this condo for the location and amenities and Erica for her flexibility, responsiveness, and service.

My husband, son and I spent 5 days in San Diego, staying at this property. It was one of the best vacations we have ever had as a family. We were less than a five minute walk to the beach, and even less to the bay. Everything we needed...boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, was waiting for us to use. The condo was wonderful....it was comfortable, clean, and sooooo much better than a hotel room. It made our stay in San Diego so much more relaxing. I have recommended this condo to many of my family and friends, and we can't wait to stay there again next summer.

First off, I have to say that San Diego and Mission Bay in particular is a FABULOUS place to holiday. We visited many areas in San Diego and were convinced that we chose the right area to call our home for a week. The condo location was perfect! We were two families ( three adults and two pre-school kids) and we were right beside the calm Bay waters and the park with a playground close by. The kids loved it! The condo is well laid out, with two separate bedrooms and a great room. Just the right size for 5 us. The decor is very tasteful and the beds were comfy enough. There were lots pillows to choose just the right one. It was great having two separate bathrooms (again, being two families to have privacy) LOTS of towels. We appreciated that there were beach toys for the kids and bikes for the adults. The fellow at the bike shop next door was VERY helpful getting our rented trailer on the bike for us and charged us next to nothing. We had all the appliances and dishware needed. The only thing is we needed a knife sharpener as the all the knives were VERY dull. Which leads me to the nitty details that could be improved on....the rental advert states it is newly renovated, which it may be, but it has been heavily used, the carpet in the great room is in dire need of replacing. The condo was very tidy when we arrived, but as we settled in we realized it needed a good deep clean. I had to clean out the cutlery drawer and re wash most of the utensils they were so dirty. The fridge and floors also need a good deep clean. I checked the availability calendar when we arrived home and noticed that usually there is a day or more in between bookings, but there was not for ours, so to give the owner some slack this may have been an exception as they didn't not have enough time to do so. The ad also states there is wireless, there is not, but you can hook up to the modem. As a final note, we had one night of sleep disruption from the nieghbours party, but they promptly took it indoors when we asked them to. It really wasn't a big deal to us, but the owner of the condo heard about it and sweetly called us to apologize. We appreciated that she went out her way to do so. All in all we would recommend this rental and would stay again ourselves, but insist on a professional cleaning since there is a charge of $99. Enjoy your stay, we are all in love with San Diego now!!!!!!!!

My goal is to make sure that all our guests are very happy with their stay and gladly recommend our place to their freinds, family and co-workers. Since I received your review, I've replaced the entire knife set in the kitchen with a brand new set. I made sure our ad states high speed internet (not wireless). In regards to the cleaning, we have a deep clean done numerous times throughout the year becasue we do stay very busy. The carpets get a deep clean once a month (or more if needed). Unfortunately, the carpets get cleaned when we have enough time for it to dry (usually over night) and with the back to back rentals, we did it right after you left. We also added a few more kid friendly features, like a Graco Pack N Play and booster seat. In regards to the noise issue when you stayed, we did not refund the deposit to the other guests. We have a no parties rule and take it very seriously. We are a familily and kid friendly vacation rental, and while we encourage having a great vacation and enjoying everything we have to offer while you are on vacation, we ask that all the guests respect each other and keep the noise level to a minimum at night. We stayed at this property for spring break with our 2 kids. This was in a great location, walking distance to shopping, the beach, and the bay. Accomodations were great, had everything we needed for a great vacation. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends!!!!

Me and eleven of my friends from USU rented out the Bungalow for our Spring Break. We were excited based off the pictures and the interactive map, but had no idea how amazing it would be till we got there. Everything is so much closer once you get there. The Bungalow is in PERFECT proximity to the beach, the bay, sand volleyball courts, shopping, and great food. Hands down Robertos was some of the best Mexican food we had ever had, its a three minute walk away and was open 24 hours. The Bengalow itself is so much better then the pictures online. They really dont do it justice. There were 11 of us, and we never felt cramped or in each others way. Everything is taken care of for you when you get there. We LOVED the beach cruiser bikes and rode them all over the beach and around the bay. There were tons of beach towels, we used the boogie boards, the kitchen has everything you would ever need, the internet was fast and we had a great TV with all the channels you would ever want. I have vacationed in Southern California before in Laguna Beach, Carlsbad, Oceanside and San Diego, but I NEVER have stayed somewhere so perfect as far as location and amenities go. Erica was so incredibly helpful and we checked in and out on our own; everything is set up so well. The neighbors were extremely nice and gave us some great tips on places to go. All twelve of us agreed that it was the most fun trip we had ever been on. I honestly cannot say enough about how ideal this place was. I told my family and we are all planning on going soon. WE LOVED IT!!!
