This is our home which is a newly built, two-bedroom, second floor apartment in the luxury Gran Bahia Marbella complex situated on the seafront between Los Monteros and Marbella. Only a three-minute walk to an unspoiled beach where you can enjoy the tranquility of one of the best fish restaurants in the area and the world-famous Sunday brunch at the Hotel Los Monteros.

The apartment is set in a magnificent, landscaped, sub-tropical garden where you can relax around one of the two swimming pools (one heated). Ideal for families or couples in a quiet and peaceful location, yet only minutes away from Marbella town centre and Puerto Banus. The apartment enjoys panoramic sea views from the large (500 square feet) south-facing terrace.

THE APARTMENT
This is a brand-new apartment built to a very high specification one would expect in the United States and Northern Europe. Living areas offer high-quality finishes, including marble floors throughout, fabulous, modern, fully-equipped kitchen, granite counters, and top-quality appliances. The apartment also offers a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Quality furniture and fittings have been used throughout, and for additional comfort air conditioning is included along with under-floor heating during the winter months to both bathrooms. Entry is controlled through a videophone system and underground parking gives direct lift access to the apartment.

BEDROOM ONE
High quality, five-foot bed and a range of built-in wardrobes. The en suite has a bath with power shower over. Access to the main terrace through full height glass patio doors. Electric metal window shutters to ensure quiet and privacy.

BEDROOM TWO
Two zip 'n' link single beds for flexibility, when joined they make a five-foot double. A built-in wardrobe, en suite bathroom, small private terrace overlooking the mountains to the rear of the development, and electric metal window shutters.

OUTSIDE TERRACE
The large covered terrace is equipped with seating area and a separate area for dining al fresco. From here you can enjoy superb panoramic views of the sea. Small private terrace to Bedroom Two.

GOLF INFORMATION
Over 20 golf courses including seven top-class courses are minutes away including Rio Real, Santa Clara, and Marbella.
