Buena Vista is a luxurious private three story home. It can accomodate many different size groups. Let us cater your special events such as weddings, family reunions, honeymoons or just a long weekend getaway.
Our upper unit can sleep up to 14 people. With a state of the art kitchen and panoramic views. The wrap around balconies let you enjoy whale watching and beautiful sunsets.
Also for rent we have a two bedroom poolside apartment. this beautiful apartment can sleep up to 5 people and also has a full kitchen.
Our surfers retreat apartment can sleep up tp four people and has a kitchenette, with pool access.
The entire house can accomodate up tp 20 people and is available for large or small groups. It is walking distance to some of Rincon's best restaurants and bars. Major surf breaks are also within walkings distance along with great beaches for swimming, snorkling and seashell hunting.

  • Buena Vista by far exceeded our expectations! We had a fabulous time in Rincon during our week long stay with friends. The main living area with it's ocean views, openness and fabulous kitchen was the heart of the home for great times to be shared by all. The house is beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The beach is a pleasant walk to natures therapy! Needless to say, we had a great time and will surely plan another visit. Thanks for the memories. Mark & Linda B.

  • I have stayed at quite a few places in Rincon since the 1970's, and nothing compares to the luxury and style of Buena Vista. There were 5 of us in the main house, and everyone still had lots of room, privacy, peace and quiet as needed. The kitchen is huge,with every convience, which was perfect for entertaining guest. Plenty of TV's and the furnature is nicer than mine at home. What can I say but WOW! If anyone is looking for a great, stylish, comfortable place to stay, this is it. Mike & Darlene Fleming

  • This place is gorgeous!! Brand new with spectacular ocean views. We spent 2 weeks there this January and loved it. Perfect location for the waves at Sandy Beach which is just down the hill. Great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Don't miss Happy Burger up the hill. Great food at great prices and you can play pool and have a drink too!

  • How wonderful to vacation at a brand new, beautifully decorated villa in a perfect location. Immaculate, spacious rooms. We enjoyed spectacular views from all sides of the property. We lunched at nearby Tamboo and enjoyed the small shops. The kids walked to the beach each day and enjoyed great surfing. We are already reserving time for next year.

  • What an awesome set up! NEW! Clean. Comfortable. All the necessary amenities and more. The views are spectacular! Close to beautiful beaches, snorkeling, surfing. Quiet neighborhood. Don't miss Puntas Bakery and cafe con leche! Close to good restaurants: Tamboo, Casa Islena, Flamboyan. Short drive to Rincon town and grocery and liquor stores and other necessities. You'll love it!
