Master bedroom with king size bed, full and twin beds in remaining bedrooms, new mattress in sofa bed. The family room and kitchen have vaulted ceilings and there is a gas fireplace in the family room. The outdoor heated shower is completely private and allows for full showering in warm weather.
The deck on the side of the house has a charcoal grill, table with seating for 6-8, and is partially covered from the view of the street.
Large, grass backyard with plenty of parking.
Linens/blankets/pillows are provided-- just bring your own towels!
1/2 blk to the bus to AC.
Monthly rentals available in the summer. Multiple week rentals are discounted. Weekend rentals available Sept-Dec.

Brigantine has the biggest, best beaches in NJ. White sand, plenty of room even at the top of tourist season. Quiet, family oriented environment perfect for families. This house has a unique, interesting look and is close enough to the beach to come back for lunch, etc with kids.

My husband and I and our two granddaughters were very pleased with this rental property. It was clean and fully equipped and the owners were very accommodating. It is conveniently located for beach access. We were so glad that it was air-conditioned as July was very hot. We walked to restaurants and to the neighborhood ice cream parlor. We did need our car for grocery shopping, however. Yes, I would recommend this property as appropriate for small families who like a quiet neighborhood and who want to have fun at The Shore. The only drawback is that it has only one bathroom, but the outside shower was great for after-the beach cleanups! It was fun to shower in privacy with the sun shining! The owners provide everything but towels. Perhaps the owners will put up more pictures on their VRBO site so that you can appreciate all the amenities of this property. The beds were very comfortable, also. See you next year!

Very comfortable house for my family (4 adults, 1 baby). Loved the beach in this part of Brigantine. Close to Borgata/Harrah's. Owner felxible and easy to communicate with. Would recommend this property.
