Stylish coastal cottage on 2 floors. 1,810 Square feet. 3 full BR's + day bed room. Sleep 3 upstairs & 4 downstairs. Downstairs BR#1 has Queen. Downstairs BR#2 has 2 twin beds. Upstairs Master BR has Queen with adjoining room with twin size day bed perfect for child. Master Bedroom has walk-in closet. Master bath has separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Downstairs full bath with tub/shower. Nicely furnished home with lots of style and charm. Lots of windows looking out on peaceful wooded lot.
Easy walk/bike to beach. Can park 3 cars under house (raised beach cottage style construction). Or park in large concrete driveway. Enjoy cooking local produce and seafood in equipped kitchen with Kitchen Aide range with downdraft vent. Oriental rug in LR. BR's nicely carpeted in sisal coir weave. Heart of Pine floors, smooth 9" ceilings. All beds comfortable.
This is our private 2nd home we never thought we would rent, so everything is very personally done. Looking for renters wanting to stay in Edisto Beach 1 month or longer.
