The non-smoking townhome was completely remodeled in 2005 with custom Victorian decor and new queen mattresses and Wireless Internet added in Summer of 2008 and new Flatscreen HDTV and carpet added in Summer of 2009 and outdoor patio furniture on the lovely L shaped deck added in Summer of 2011. Enjoy fabulous panoramic mountain views from the private wrap-around balcony either from the private hot tub or while grilling your favorite meal. A 2nd quieter balcony is upstairs overlooking the neighborhood for reading or simply overlooking yet another great Breckenridge view. Stay warm and cozy during those cold nights with the wood burning fireplace lit while exchanging highlights of the day's events with family and friends or browsing the internet through the townhome's free Wireless high speed internet connection.

The non-skiers can take the free shuttle across the street or walk 2 blocks to Main street and experience the numerous delightful shops and eateries that dot the historic town. Or venture out on the Free Ride throughout town or to neighboring Frisco, Dillon, or Silverthorne for the outlet enthusiasts. The new and highest gondola in North American, the Breck Connect, is within walking distance and can be enjoyed by skiers and non-skiers alike.
Spring and Summertime activities include horse trail rides, fishing, golfing at the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus, hiking at all levels, mountain biking, boat riding at nearby Dillon Lake or simply enjoying breathtaking Colorado views from the vantage point of its most quaint and charming town, Breckenridge.

This place was perfect for our family. The sweeping view is lovely from the deck. Everything was provided that we needed, and we got a friendly welcome from the property manager. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the gondola ride to the ski slopes, and the ability to walk to the shops in Breckenridge. We enjoyed the Dredge Restaurant, and the Ready Paint Fire studio.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family spent 2 weeks at the Wellington townhouse. It was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, everything was there that we needed. The location is perfect, a couple of blocks to town. The mountain views from the deck and windows are gorgeous.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We rented this town home during the week of our son's wedding. The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet and well priced. We were able to take our little Boston Terrier with us too! The views were wonderful and what better way to end the day than to watch the sun set over the peaks from the spa! The wrap around deck was a great plus. Bring your own chairs though as the unit only had one folding chair. We really didn't need our car while we were in town. Everything is a short walk from this location. Very convenient. There were only three in our party and we had plenty of room. The unit would be a challenge if you had 8 folks! There is only seating for four at the dining table, and I think that is probably the right amount of adults for this unit. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
