This lovely 2 story resort home is located on the quiet Algodones Beach in the prestigious seaside community, Marina Real. Available in the community is a Marina with fuel dock, brand new public restrooms, boat ramp, boat slips and Harbor Master. The private entrance to the beach is approximately 75 yards from the house. There is a 24 hour guard and keyed gates to the neighborhood. The house has views of the ocean, Marina and surrounding mountains. The home is elegant with travertine tile, high ceilings, beautiful terraces and a spiral staircase leading to the Palapa covered rooftop deck. From here you can enjoy ocean breezes, incredible sunsets and watch the sailboats come into the bay.
The house will accommodate 8-12 guests comfortably in 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The main living area, powder room, master bedroom and full bath are located on the second floor. The great room has ocean views from the huge windows, a brick domed ceiling and tons of comfortable seating. The dining room seats 8 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. The large kitchen has granite counter tops and ample counter and cabinet space. The laundry room is conveniently located by the kitchen and is equipped with a washer and dryer and sink. The master suite has a king sized bed, a sofa, and television, huge view windows with access to the terrace. Downstairs, off the garage you will find another master with Queen bed, private bathroom and patio doors. The other two spacious bedrooms share a large bathroom, One has a king-sized bed and the other is equipped with bunk beds and a queen sized bed. Both of these rooms also open on to the downstairs patio. The back yard is fenced and has recently been landscaped with grass, trees and Hibiscus.
The beach is a short walk from the house with breathtaking blue clear water. You can snorkel right off the beach or go out on one of several dive boats from San Carlos. Kayaking is popular in this bay as well as skiing, sail boarding, jet skiing and fishing.
There are rental shops in town that offer kayaks jet skis, quads etc. You can go out deep sea fishing with a local charter, scuba dive off San Pedro island with the sea lions, enjoy a margarita evening cruise or just sit on one of the terraces and watch the sunset. The San Carlos Hotel, just a short drive down the road offers many recreational rentals such as jet skis, banana tube rides sail boards and even horseback riding on the beach. There are many restaurants, night clubs, a Golf course, Bowling Alley and shops in town to keep you busy when you are not in the water. San Carlos is a laid back authentic Mexican Sea Side community that warmly welcomes visitors from many countries.

My husband and I have lived in Arizona for 23 years. We love the desert but when we vacation it has to be at the beach! We've been taking our family to San Carlos to vaction for the past 12 years. We rented other homes in the area, so when we were ready to buy we knew where we wanted to be. We greatly appreciated the opportunity to rent homes in Marina Real and are excited to offer our home for you to enjoy.
Why the Owner Chose San Carlos
Marina Real is a very private gated community, right on the beach. The newest Marina in the area is in our neighborhood and within walking distance to our home. The bay at Marina Real is idea for water sports, wake boarding, Kayaking, sail boarding and jet skis. We are free divers and are scuba certified- some of the best dive spots are located right here in our bay. You can even dive right off the beach. At the North end of the neighborhood is a vibrant coral and rock outcroping with sealife accessible to divers and snorkelers right off the beach. Did I mention the incredible beach? The beach is just a short walk from our home, bring an umbrella, build a sandcastle and enjoy the sound of the ocean.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is a two story with three terraces that boast views of the ocean, mountains and Marina. The family room and all 4 bedrooms have glass doors that open on to a terrace. There is room for our now grown children and spouses to join us or our teenage son to bring friends. The backyard is fenced and landscaped with palm trees and grass for kids to play or to wash off your diving gear. The palapa covered roof top terrace provides the best sunset views and ocean breezes all day long. Our vacation home is a peaceful place to retreat from the daily grind and renew by the Sea of Cortez.
