The property is located only a few miles from the island of Cedar Key, an "Old Florida" quaint fishing village. Drive to town, park and walk everywhere: Shops, museum and great restaurants where fresh caught fish is served. Boat tours, Kayaking, fishing is available. Then go home to your own private home in the woods, maybe you'll catch a glimpse of a deer or two roaming in the back yard.

We originally bought the house for us to enjoy when we came up to Cedar Key. Eventually we turned it into a vacation rental. We enjoy the privacy and being right in the midst of nature so we decided to give others the same opportunity.

WE fell in love with Cedar Key for it's rustic, old Florida look, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and it's remote location away from crowded cities. After living in south Florida for many years, we decided to get away from the rat race, and moved here and opened a coffee shop.
