Built in 2005, the home features 5/6 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full/Double, 2 twins, 1 twin bunk bed and 2 queen-size pull-out sofa beds) and 5.5 baths. There is a family room area downstairs and a second den upstairs that is perfect for the little ones, or a second family, to escape to. Each of the sofas in the den areas convert to sofa beds allowing for more sleepy heads. The upstairs den provides a nice, relaxing view of the ocean and has a closet so it could be used as a bedroom!! The kitchen features granite counter tops, an eat-in breakfast nook and a large bar area. A convenient elevator allows you to travel to all three floors.
Located on a quiet canal street (Pender), this home is situated on a deep water canal and has a dock that is perfect for boating, fishing, swimming or just relaxing while you read a book. Plenty of decks and a screened in porch allow you to enjoy a perfect sunset where you can sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. The garage area features a covered carport and outdoor shower. The rear yard is completely fenced in which provides safety for young children/non-swimmers.
The beach is just a short walk away with a convenient public beach access (that is handicapped accessible). There are plenty of other things to do nearby-golf courses, local museums, miniature golf courses, Ocean Isle Beach pier with a game room and fishing opportunities, shopping, excellent restaurants, para sailing and fishing excursions, jet ski rentals, public parks and movie theaters, and many others.
