We spent Easter at this very nicely appointed (esp. baths & kitchen) and furnished home with 3 of our kids and 7 grandchildren. Even without the separate unit, there was more than adequate room for all of us. The layout is extremely well designed for extended family groups such as ours--plenty of quality space for kids as well as adults. The kitchen/dining arrangement is as well conceived and equiped as one could ask for. Great outdoor space, too--big deck, hot tub, grill, private yard. Looked at all of the comments and can confirm their accuracy. Frisco is a great little (and real) town, right in the middle of everything, both summer and winter, and the house is ideally located, close to all the action. We would stay at the house again in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic experience with this rental. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house is in outstanding condition. We hosted a family reunion for 18 people right before Christmas. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We cooked breakfast and dinner together. The gourmet kitchen was wonderful and well appointed. Everybody hung out together in the game room playing cards and pool at night after skiing. It was nice to have so much room. We only like to stay at luxurious properties and this house fit the bill. I definitely recommend this property!

We just returned home from an incredible time at Mike's home in Frisco. The home is exactly what it is billed as and more! Radient floor heating on the first level was amazing! We all used the steam shower and the house seems to have an endless supply of hot water. We had 16 adults and one child and all fit in the house well without being on top of each other. The gourmet kitchen was a highlight for me and a joy to cook in and the helpers liked that there were two dishwashers for fast clean-up. We ran into an issue with the hot tub not being hot when we arrived and Mike took care of the issue immediately and the hot tub company was there first thing in the morning. After the "fix" (the breaker was tripped) Mike stopped by to ensure it was all in working order. I was very impressed wih his attentiveness as a landlord and would (and have) recommend this home to anyone who appreciates a well appointed home in a great location in town. Frisco has that "old ski town" feel that Vail and some of the other mtn resorts are lacking. Real people and good food and fun! Thanks to Mike for an amazing weekend and we will be staying there again!

We met at your Frisco home for our 2011 Thanksgiving holiday. Our party consisted of 14 adults and 4 children and we found that the house had ample space for all of us to be together or hide-away if need be (Not that anyone would need that during a family vacation). Even though there were many fantastic restaurants within walking distance, we decided to make our own Thanksgiving meal. At any time during the day, there were 3-4 cooks in the kitchen and we were never cramped. The kitchen in the upstairs apartment came in handy too. Near the house, we found many ways to enjoy the early snow. We went for a scenic sleigh ride in the Nature Center, skied in Loveland, and twirled and bounced down a tubing hill. We appreciated the ski racks and sled storage, but most especially the heaters that dried our boots and made them toasty warm before we headed back out doors. All in all, we now have a week of fun family memories to cherish for the rest of our lives. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and plan to return SOON.

Amazing Retreat Home!!

Our community group made up of seven couples (and close friends) stayed at this magnificent home for an inspirational and enlightening weekend retreat. The home was the perfect environment, size and configuration for our group and we all felt very blessed to have had the opportunity to enjoy this beautifully appointed home together. Everything is updated with fine furniture, extremely comfortable beds and gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, two sinks and two dishwashers (which we were VERY thankful for as we cooked all of our meals in the home). The double ovens didn’t work most of the weekend, but we were told the day prior to our arrival that a part had to be ordered. Somehow we miraculously managed to get the convection part of the double oven to work on Friday night to bake our lasagna, but after that the ovens stopped working. However a bit inconvenient, we were very thankful for the convection microwave oven and the oven in the 7th bedroom mother-in-law suite where we prepared the rest of our meals. Mike, the owner was wonderful to work with. He met us at the home after we arrived and shared with us the ins-and-outs of the home and stayed to be sure the TV and surround sound worked in the game room. The home was SO perfect for our group as people were able to retreat to different spaces throughout the home for quiet time, take a walk around town or the lake or gather in one of the large spaces to fellowship with each other. We were all able to eat together at the dining table and play games or assemble together without feeling cramped. We can’t say enough great things about this beautiful home – it's a perfect get-away whether you’re looking for a place to enjoy private quiet times while with a group, you’re looking for a home that is close to a great number of ski areas; is only two blocks from the main street of Frisco (which is a great little mountain town); just a short walk from Dillon Lake; or if you’re just planning to spend time at the home enjoying the game room, relax in the hot tub or simply chill out in the beautiful surroundings of this gorgeously decorated home. We will definitely be back next year – it was enjoyed by all of us! Thank you, Mike for sharing your stunning home with our group.

Glad the extra oven was able to meet your needs.....I always take care of all problems as quickly as possible and in this instance the parts simply were not in stock locally. Spacious, well appointed property - great for large families/reunions

My family lives in Colorado and has rented many properties in the Summit County area, and this is one of the best ones we have rented. We had a total of nine guest and had more than enough space for everyone with the six bedroom configuration (w/out the addition). This was our first time to stay overnight in Frisco and we were very happy with the location. Mike, the owner, was very kind to point out the nearest park for our kids and that tennis courts are basically next door to the house. He was also very flexible with our schedule for check-in/check-out (schedule permitting). My wife probably put it best by saying that she felt very comfortable at this location because she just felt like we were staying at someone's house, and one that you could tell was well cared for, as opposed to a hotel or other less kept up rental. I do want to point out that there are many nice things in the house, so if you are the type to not treat things well, then this probably isn't the place for you. We did have to monitor our kids (ages 3-7) to make sure they didn't mess anything up. The biggest vote of confidence comes from the out of towners that joined us on this trip, saying that they'd love to come back to this place next year.

We had our family reunion at this rental and had such a wonderful time! The accommodations and location were perfect. Big enough for everyone to spread out with rec room, living room, huge kitchen, dining room and patio outside. The decor was beautiful and very updated. All new appliances and clean! Family reunion

We had a family reunion consisting of 12 adults and 8 children ranging from 2 months to 13 years. It was like this house was designed for us. The family with a 2 year old and 2 month old were perfect for the apartment. The family with 4 children and were perfect for the bedroom and bunk bedroom downstairs. The other family of 4 fit nicely in the master suite. When we first went into the kitchen we couldn't figure out why there were 2 dishwashers and 4 waste baskets in two drawers. We soon found out. The kitchen was fantastic. The oven was a little tempermental but we finally got it to work. We walked to town and to the park nearby several times. The location is very central to all of Summit County. We would gladly go there again.

Thirteen women have just returned from an unbelievable vacation in Frisco after staying in this wonderful home. When we arrived, we were thrilled because the pictures don't do it justice--the place is so well furnished, nicely decorated and absolutely enormous! We never felt crowded and appreciated the size of the kitchen. Mike was accommodating and helpful showing us around the property on our first day and answered our questions. The place was spotless and everything was in order. We hope to return next year.

This is a great property. The outside looks its age, but the inside has been remodeled to high-end contemporary standards. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking for large groups with all of the utensils a chef might need. We had up to 10 adults at the property and with the layout never felt crowded. The internet was adequate for the needs of 6 professionals. All in all a great property and we would go back.

This an a very beautiful rental property. Our family of five stayed with two other families and there was plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful BIG kitchen and living areas. There are a lot of rules but if you can get past that it is an excellent and beautiful rental option. We loved the location too and the extra apartment was awesome!

This house is absolutely amazing!!! I had friends and family fly out as a group of 9 and we could not have been luckier. First of all the location is perfect. It's only a few blocks to groceries and rentals and everything was so convenient. It's walking distance to restaurants and pubs. It's a brief 15 min drive to Breckenridge and Keystone. It's ~30 min to Vail. Second, everything about the house itself was amazing - Mike was awesome about making sure we had enough towels and took personally us through a very informative walk through. Hot tub was awesome. The kitchen is amazing and easily accommodates multiple families. The bedrooms are very nice and comfortable. Bathrooms are amazing. There's a nice mudroom with air dry heaters and drainage. The floors themselves are warm via radiant heating. Above all the house itself is laid out so well and functional. There are so many nice bonuses: dual toasters, dual ovens, steam showers, huge dining table, dual kitchen sinks, an lcd tv in every bedroom, pool table, list goes on. Mike is also very professional and also easy going - I would absolutely stay again in the future. I highly recommend this as the place if you're looking for a rental. I had researched over 300 entries on vrbo in the breckenridge category and by far this came down to not only the best features but the best deal. 10/10.

This was our second time using Mike's home in just over a year and I can't wait to make it a third. Our group of 12 adults and a baby easily fit and appreciate the cleanliness and detail of the home. Little things like having two dish washers & sinks makes everything that much easier during prep & cleanup of the meals. To any one considering a stay at this house I would highly recommend it.

We stayed at this beautiful home for a family reunion. The home is awesome and everyone enjoyed it's ammenities. The pictures don't reflect how nice this property is. Beautiful house and great location! The place was spotless and looked just like the photos on the website. Mike was easy to contact, though we had no real problems with anything. We held a family reunion and it fit everyone comfortably. The teens as well as grandparents loved the pool table! I did a lot of research and thought the price was reasonable and my security deposit was returned promptly. I would definitely recommend this for family reunions. The town of Frisco is small and you can walk everywhere and the teens can go shopping or out for pizza on their own. The marina is close by as well as many hiking/bike trails.

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying all together in this nice Frisco rental. Everything was just as advertised. Lots of nice touches. House was great for somewhat older kids and adults. Location only 2 blocks to Main St. is fantastic. Also near a kids park for families with small children. Kitchen was especially well equipped for a large group. Owner has lots of rules but not unreasonable. We left the place in good shape and the owner returned our deposit very promptly.

In response to the comment about "owner has lots of rules"......the unfortunate truth is that with a home this large, we have had some issues in the past where large groups decide to party all night, disrupt the neighbors, leave our beautiful property in a disastrous state and then we get to deal with the mess and the neighbors upon departure. I have found it to be very helpful to let our prospective renters know upfront that we simply do not want the party crowd, hence "lots of rules." I used to have no rules, but learned the hard & very expensive way that a few people can ruin it for the majority. As noted in virtually all of our comments from past renters, we have a beautiful home and we want to keep it that way! If you want a "party palace" and want to cause a lot of damage or noise, our home simply will not work! Thanks again for your comments!

A perfect home for a retreat! Our small group from church enjoyed an adult-only getaway to this spacious, well-appointed, home. We had 7 couples, each able to enjoy private quarters. The kitchen was amazing for food prep...spacious, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, ample storage. Wonderful to have a crockpot, multiple coffee makers, and BBQ available for larger-group prep. There was nothing in the kitchen we wished had been there...stocked like a home kitchen. Being able to dine together around one table was so nice...and there was room for more! The communication with Mike, the property manager, was wonderful and the home was everything it was advertised to be. This home will not disappoint! We will definitely be back.

Awesome home! We held our family reunion (10 adults, 8 kids) here. The huge kitchen, dining room, and living area really worked well for our group gatherings. The rec room was great for games and DVD sessions for the kids. The hot tub was also a big hit. With all the bedrooms, there was still space to take a break from time to time. The location (on a cul de sac) worked well for our outside activities with the kids (privacy and no traffic). We experienced some minor problems with one of the beds and microwave oven, but Mike took care of it right away. This is a great property!

Our annual group of 16 ski friends stayed in this spectacular house in February. Everything was perfect! Tons of space, top notch amenities, short walk to town. The decorating and attention to detail were amazing and Mike was fantastic to deal with. Small touches didn't go unnoticed and there were plenty! If we go back to Summit County next year, we'll definitely stay here again.

My parents celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary, along with their 6 children and spouses. This home was extremely well furnished and stocked. We made dinners every night and the kitchen was "WOW". It has 2 large dishwashers and a huge refrigerator. The close proximity to town and the river was very conducive to our needs. We stay in a different location every year, but after staying here, this is our new reunion house.

Eight of us from 3 different states recently stayed in this beautiful home. The house is very spacious, extremely comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The location is very convenient - just a short walk to main street Frisco for shopping, restaurants and to pick up the shuttle. We had our family reuinion here with 20 of us. This house was perfect! It was large enough for everyone and it was easy to find a spot to retreat, if needed. ; )It has every amenity and is beautifully appointed. The rushing river is right behind the home. It only takes a minute to hit the bike path and town is only a block away.It is perfect for children, as it is on a cul-de-sac. They all rode bikes and scooters. I am ready to go back!!!

We booked this house in June to bring in some of our most important clients and could not have been more pleased! The house is breathtaking - just absolutely beautiful, and so spacious! The location is wonderful and the owners are so very nice! We just had the best trip and everyone in our group was talking about how much they would love to come back with their extended families. The house was great and made for an amazing weekend, and Mike was great to work with. The kitchen was a great to work in and made cooking for 20 people easy. With the Pool/Bar room and the hot tub staying in was great, though some still took advantage of the short walk to various dining and bars of downtown Frisco. I look forward to renting this specific property again!
