This 2500 sq.ft., custom-built, 3-year old, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath (with outside shower) home is a statement to the naturally beautiful Hawaiian spirit. Together, you may gather in the huge great room, prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen, enjoy fresh seafood at the unique dining table, play water games in the in ground pool or maybe just listen to birdsong while relaxing in the pool, just steps from the lanai and BBQ. Off the great room is the elegant dining room with a dual pedestal glass-topped table. The open floor plan makes conversation and ambiance part of the menu, as the gourmet kitchen, equipped with gas stove and oven, polished concrete counter tops, all needed pots and pans, dinner service for twelve, and unique serving pieces contribute to your aloha experience.

Two beautiful bedrooms compliment the first floor amenities. Down a spacious hallway, separate from the laundry room and half-bath and private outdoor shower, is the romantic queen bedroom; next to this hideaway is a full bath with tub and shower; and nearby is the happy 'surfboard' bedroom, decorated in a style Duke Kahanamoku would love including a full mural of that happy Surfer at the beach near Bali Hai!
