At Tidewater Beach Resort (Unit 1708), only 7 miles from the new Northwest FL Beaches International Airport, count on all your beach vacation dreams becoming memorable realities. Spread out in our spacious 1,593-square-foot luxuriously appointed 17th floor condo where both Great Room and Master Bedroom overlook the Gulf’s magnificent emerald waters and serene, sugary, white sand beaches.
This exceedingly gracious Platinum-level condo features granite countertops, nine-foot ceilings and exquisite tile floors. The Great Room has a large, luxurious, ultra-suede couch (that opens to a Queen-size bed) and plush club chair, as well as a 47-inch flat-screen TV with CD/DVD player. It even has a Sony PlayStation, so there can be no complaints from the kids.
The Master Bedroom has a dramatic four-poster King bed and a large armoire containing a 32-inch LCD TV and CD/DVD combo. The oversized Master Bath features a huge walk-in closet, as well as a soaking tub and separate shower. There is access to the patio from both the Master Bedroom and the Great Room. The Guest bedroom is “Master” in size, easily accommodating a Queen bed and twin-over-full bunk beds! In effect, this room can comfortably sleep five! Opposite the Queen bed there’s a 32-inch flat-screen LCD TV with CD/DVD player. Each bunk bed also has its own TV with built-in DVD player and individual headsets. There’s even an X-Box in the room, so bring your favorite games! And for those bringing an infant, we now have a port-a-crib tucked away in the condo, so there's no need to bring one.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can make anything from a pancake breakfast to a four-course sit-down dinner. The dining table seats six comfortably and there are four swivel bar chairs at the counter. If dining out is your preference, you’ll find no shortage of outstanding restaurants to suit all tastes. (We even provide a helpful list and sample menus). Or you could choose Tidewater's onsite restaurant.
All our furniture is of the highest quality. All bedding is deluxe to ensure a restful night’s sleep. And our blackout curtains make sure your sleep is uninterrupted; let the glorious sun in when you’re ready for it! Stay connected with free high-speed Internet and feel free to use our phone at no charge for local calls. There’s a separate laundry room with washer and dryer in the unit, as well, so you can pack lightly.
Swim in either of two 4,200-square-foot Lagoon Pools or a magnificent heated indoor pool. Relax in one of the Roman Spa hot tubs or at the poolside Tiki Bars. Work out in a 4,300-square-foot, state-of-the-art fitness center with health bar. You don’t have to worry about packing board games because we provide Scrabble, Monopoly and a host of others. Heading out to the beach? We’ve got your beach umbrellas, cooler, beach mats kickboards and sand toys— everything you need for a day of fun and sun at the most beautiful beach in the country! We also offer one COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SETUP with your reservation, including two chairs and one umbrella each day of your stay, weather permitting.

We think Panama City Beach is ideal for families and Tidewater Beach Resort is so well located on the quieter, west side of PCB in walking distance to Pier Park. But whether it's just the two of us, or we're there with the kids, we always enjoy the great restaurants, the amazing sunsets and all the wonderful activities that are so close by. We are never bored in PCB!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
At nearly 1,600 sq. ft., our condo is the largest two-bedroom in Tidewater. The feeling is always spacious, cheerful and airy, as opposed to dark and cramped. We offer a rate with no cleaning fee on stays of five nights or more and no administration fees ever! We have worked hard to leave no stone unturned in terms of comfort and convenience, including free beach service (March thru October). Combine that with Tidewater's indoor and outdoor pools, huge, gorgeous beach, movie theater, game room, restaurant— you name it! — and we believe you couldn't have a bad time if you tried!

Stan was a dentist for many years and Carol was a magazine editor in New York before both retired to Louisville, Kentucky, to be close to their kids and grandkids. Could there a better reason? Now Stan does landscape photography and displays his work at juried art shows around the country. When not on "the circuit," their most enjoyable experiences are traveling, spending time with the grandkids, or relaxing at their Tidewater condo.

Better than a 5-star hotel! We had the best time here. Beautiful condo, relaxing balcony and we even got to see fireworks form the pier during Mardi Gras. The people here are friendly and very accommodating. We could be at the ball park in a few minutes and come back for lunch (tired of burgers and hot dogs). We will come again and tell all our vacationing friends about your place.

We stayed the first week of August and it was wonderful. The weather was really hot, but bearable at the pool and beach. We only had rain one day, and that just so happened to be the day we went canoeing. So we didn't feel like we missed out on any "beach time". The condo was great! The decor was beautiful and everything was very well kept. There was plenty of room for 4 teenage girls and my husband and me. We would definitely go back again. Thanks Carol & Stan!

We were so absolutely thrilled with our stay at Tidewater and KNOW this will be our new beach home away from home for a while. Even though it's just the two of us, we really appreciated the spaciousness of 1708. We appreciated the linens and thirsty towels and loved the decor. Thank you for the beach equipment, mainly the sturdy beach chairs. In the afternoons we would make a cocktail and take two chairs down close to the water and enjoy the sunset. Magnificent! Also, the FREE beach setup was a first for us. Great TVs, very comfortable beds, and the appliances and electronics are well maintained... everything worked! This was the best-equipped and maintained condo we have ever rented... since 1976! We also loved the closeness to Pier park. Thank you again for making everything so easy, and for maintaining this lovely unit. You will be hearing from us again.

The condo had plenty of room for us. It was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, in fact, better than my own. There were chairs for the beach, an umbrella, sand toys and mats. There were plenty of TVs. We asked if we could get in early and the owner was very accommodating. The condo's building was near Pier Park and was within walking distance. There was a parking garage and overpass to get to the building from the garage. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. I would return to this building and this condo. Our security deposit was returned within days of returning home. The door code was an added bonus especially with teens. No worrying about keys and where and how do we keep them safe. We enjoyed our stay in PCB. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family.

Our family vacationed in April 2011 for Spring Break. We were so pleased with the beautiful décor and spacious accommodations. We had so much room! Everything was lovely. The owners were very easy to work with and very prompt in answering questions and returning our security deposit. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with the breath taking view of the Gulf water. We walked and sat at the beach daily. And every morning, we walked to Pier Park for our Starbuck’s! Over all, we had a wonderful experience and would return again!

Thank you so much for our stay in your beautiful place. We had such a great time and can't begin to thank you enough for all the amenities. The kids loved their beds and TVs. Mom and Dad enjoyed the master bedroom. It made a great birthday present for both of them. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. It quickly became my favorite spot. I cannot wait to share our experience with everyone I know and I will highly recommend your condo to everyone I know.
