This was my first experience renting directly through an owner. Carol was great. She let us arrive on a Friday and stay 8 nights. The price was unbeatable! The unit was just gorgeous. Master bedroom overlooking the ocean, comfortable bed, beautiful master bath. Very clean, comfortable, and all the extra touches of a home. Plush towels, all dishes, pans, etc. in kitchen, they arent kidding when they say chairs, beach toys, and all. The closet was loaded too!

We stayed the first week of August and it was wonderful. The weather was really hot, but bearable at the pool and beach. We only had rain one day, and that just so happened to be the day we went canoeing. So we didn't feel like we missed out on any "beach time". The condo was great! The decor was beautiful and everything was very well kept. There was plenty of room for 4 teenage girls and my husband and me. We would definitely go back again. Thanks Carol & Stan!

We were so absolutely thrilled with our stay at Tidewater and KNOW this will be our new beach home away from home for a while. Even though it's just the two of us, we really appreciated the spaciousness of 1708. We appreciated the linens and thirsty towels and loved the decor. Thank you for the beach equipment, mainly the sturdy beach chairs. In the afternoons we would make a cocktail and take two chairs down close to the water and enjoy the sunset. Magnificent! Also, the FREE beach setup was a first for us. Great TVs, very comfortable beds, and the appliances and electronics are well maintained... everything worked! This was the best-equipped and maintained condo we have ever rented... since 1976! We also loved the closeness to Pier park. Thank you again for making everything so easy, and for maintaining this lovely unit. You will be hearing from us again.

Our family vacationed in April 2011 for Spring Break. We were so pleased with the beautiful décor and spacious accommodations. We had so much room! Everything was lovely. The owners were very easy to work with and very prompt in answering questions and returning our security deposit. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with the breath taking view of the Gulf water. We walked and sat at the beach daily. And every morning, we walked to Pier Park for our Starbuck’s! Over all, we had a wonderful experience and would return again!

The condo had plenty of room for us. It was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, in fact, better than my own. There were chairs for the beach, an umbrella, sand toys and mats. There were plenty of TVs. We asked if we could get in early and the owner was very accommodating. The condo's building was near Pier Park and was within walking distance. There was a parking garage and overpass to get to the building from the garage. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. I would return to this building and this condo. Our security deposit was returned within days of returning home. The door code was an added bonus especially with teens. No worrying about keys and where and how do we keep them safe. We enjoyed our stay in PCB. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family.

Better than a 5-star hotel! We had the best time here. Beautiful condo, relaxing balcony and we even got to see fireworks form the pier during Mardi Gras. The people here are friendly and very accommodating. We could be at the ball park in a few minutes and come back for lunch (tired of burgers and hot dogs). We will come again and tell all our vacationing friends about your place.

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners of this condo thought of everything to make this a real vacation. We rode down with friends on motorcycles and one suitcase each, and were wondering how to get a couple of beach chairs home from Walmart. Surprise!! There were 4 beach chairs and two coolers in the pantry, just waiting to be used!! The balcony only had two chairs, so we pulled out the beach chairs and set those up so we could all enjoy the sunsets!! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. And the no check-in no check-out process? Priceless! We'll be back!!

Thank you so much for our stay in your beautiful place. We had such a great time and can't begin to thank you enough for all the amenities. The kids loved their beds and TVs. Mom and Dad enjoyed the master bedroom. It made a great birthday present for both of them. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. It quickly became my favorite spot. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay at your condo. My family and I have never been on vacation together in PCB. My two sisters and 3 children were so comfortable here in this beautiful home away from home. Your decor and amenities were perfect. We felt like we were royalty for a week. There was plenty of room, nice bedding, plenty of activities for us and the kids. You have been so kind in all the emails and through all my questions. I am sure we will stay with you again. The closet full of beach gear saved us lots of time and money. I believe you have thought of everything and even more for your guests.

Your condo is five stars. We were so impressed with the way you provided so many luxuries in this get-away place. Some of the things I noticed were the art pieces you picked out. All the colors were so magnificently coordinated. I loved the chair next to the large bay window in the master bedroom. It was perfect for me as I added to the book I am writing. My children loved the PS 2 and X Box. We had a couple of rainy days, so it was perfect. We all enjoyed the books in the cabinets. Thank you for letting us enjoy this beautiful place. We made many new memories here.

Beautiful condo! The master suite made us feel at home and the kids adored their room, with each one thinking they were special with "their own TV." Weather was not in our favor, but with beautiful indoor surroundings, we still enjoyed ourselves.

We were impressed with your tastefully decorated condo. Great location for golfing, shopping, dining, entertainment and walking on the beach. Perhaps sometime in the future we will have the opportunity of staying here for another 3 months.

Thank you so much for all your great accommodations. The condo was beautiful and had plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids. The kids had a blast. It was a nice touch to have all the beach toys, umbrellas and chairs available already. The beach was crystal clear and gorgeous. We would definitely come back or recommend it to anyone.
