  • I was very impress by the fact that the place looked exactly like on the website. All descriptions are truthful and correct. The owner was responsive and easy to reach ,via e-mail and phone, has well organized and painless financial transactions. The condo it self is very clean, well-maintained, and cozy. Its elevation provides beautiful two ways view. For us as a family of five very important was to have a kitchen and it has every thing what we needed from A to Z. The beach was just a few hundred feet away and what also very important for family with the young kids that the ocean is the shallow, up to two hundred feet in it is 3-4 feet deep and warm. I definitely would recommend this property and location to friends and family. The only miner downside was that the building and its pool looked quite used but it didn't effect my overall rating.

  • EXTREMELY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE !!! After I dragged my husband, kicking and screaming to Ft. Lauderdale approximately 10 years ago for his birthday, he fell in love with the Sunshine State. He thought, “Nothing’s better than Ft. Lauderdale.” Once again, I dragged him back to Florida, this time to Hallandale--and now, nothing’s better than Pablo’s Hallandale condo!! Everything was better than pictured on the website – the magnificent marina and ocean views from our 10th Floor condo rental were breathtaking … by night, we would sit on the balcony and watch the city lights. The unit is conveniently located – close enough to major arteries; and next to major hotels. Everything was as promised (or better). I was amazed by the towel swan in the bathroom !! Everything – the condo, the gym, the pool – was perfect. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, if we had any questions, Pablo was a phone call away. The transaction with Pablo was positive, from my first contact. I would love to keep this place a secret, but unfortunately I couldn’t as I rave to everyone who would listen to me about how wonderful this place is. May 29, 2008

  • This condo is big and wonderful. The ocean view is even better than the pictures describe. We stayed only five days and wished it could have been longer. This condo was very child friendly for us. We have a 15 month old and were able to easily block off areas to keep her out of trouble. We would definitely want to stay here on future trips. Very impressive.
